Anybody done any research in this area? Thoughts?

It’s been talked about a bit before on the forum if you do a search. Some people have noticed loosing weight (in a positive sense) when using certain phero’s.

There are a few of the P’s (P101, P107 etc) that are quite physically motivating that could well help you loose weight if you’re eating a healthy diet by just making you move more. Those that are energising could probably benefit you there as well 🙂

And if I’m not misstaken some users have reported reduced apetite with a few phero’s, can’t remember which though but do a search

P78 has an appetite suppression characteristic for me without the adrenaline-like response. I’m not sure if it would work the same way for a guy, since it is rumored to be an estrogen-derivative.

Theoretically, any [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that ramped up sexual urges should conversely and instinctively suppress the desire for food.

The reports of direct appetite suppression are pretty limited.

There are occasional reports of appetite suppression with first time use of IS and A314. Not much else.

Reports of weight loss while using pheros are very common. This is generally attributed to improved attitude, motivation, and activity levels.

> [@New phero diet plan?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/new-phero-diet-plan/19841/21):

> Strictly for illustrative purposes, let’s say that Instant Shine triggers a response in the hypothalamus which results in a physical reaction such as a happy emotional state of being. Maybe, because of this new physical/emotional state, you’re feeling energized and happy and you decide that’s it’s a great day for a walk, so you take a walk and now your body, in response to this new sensory input, starts producing endorphins, which in turn, curbs your appetite for carbs, and so on. So, yes, I believe that pheros (via a direct or circuituous route) can help set the metabolism. Keep in mind that I have absolutely no scientific evidence to back this example and theory up, so if any of you forum users can set me straight on this, by all means, please do so. I’m no scientist!
>
> This is, however, the reason why I truly believe that pheros work…because I’ve had physical reactions to them. And hey, why can’t one of those physical reactions be weight loss, caused either directly or indirectly?

> Ok, maybe the title’s a little deceiving…but I have lost 7 pounds since I’ve started using pheros over a month ago. Coincidence…I don’t think so. Do I think they alone make you lose weight? I don’t think so. However I do think they can be an important part of your self-image that can affect your weight. Let me explain myself a little… For example, imagine a woman, slightly overweight, caught in a slump, feeling kind of dowdy, feels slightly depressed, “forgot” to care about what she looks …

Xiphoid’s on the right track looking at pheros for motivation. As far as I can tell the canidates are, P83, P93, [MX203](https://a314.com/product/mx203/) (which is P93 based), P100 (often in combination with TAF), and P101. You should probably run the full search for motivation/energy/focus but the primary reference is;

> [@Seeking motivation What do you do?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/seeking-motivation-what-do-you-do/19635):
>
> I am generally a self motivated person but i am having trouble following through on my projects. What do you do to give yourself that added edge to get the job done. I’ve been having trouble following through on my school work, business projects, and working out. Example. I will write a rough draft but not a final paper. I just lose focus. I’ve been reading some books on business and seizing the moment and it is helping but maybe you guys can help too.

There are also several good threads about straight up diets. My primary there would be;

> [@Loosing weight](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/loosing-weight/19538):
>
> Anyone here trying to lose weight? I am I would like to loose about 10 to 15lbs although the men in my life are protesting. I am cutting my calories an jogging and walking. I’ve lost 12lbs so far. What are you doing to loose and what has worked for you in the past?

BTW:
As a part of my plan to seduce the ultimate foodie babe, Martha Stewart, I would be very interested in any other reports of appetite suppression or enhancement. I’m also interested in any reports of gustatory(taste) enhancement or suppression.

P84 might also be in that group. I find it has some amphetamine-like characteristics.

Tacitus has postulated cascading chemistry that could influence, among other things, weight loss paralelling River’s endorphin theory.

Does any of androtics products make a person tired, or have a crash effect. Because I read that some sprays can make a person alert, but was wondering if it has after effects also. Thanks.

Sure can! It’s been reported by me many times that [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) does exactly that. Do a search and you shall see 😉

Has anyone felt like pheremones increased their appetite? I feel that IH, TUTH and is/A makes me hungry and want to munch out out. It also seems that right after I apply I get super munchy and started eating away without noticing. I guess this could be in my head and I’m just looking for an excuse as to why I’m cheating on my diet. lol

Can you tell which individual one it is that enhances your appetite? Or is it only in combo?

It’s not all in your head. It starts in your head and then drops to your hips.

I think Turn up the Heat is probably the biggest culprit. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) by itself seems to do it too. Especially if I put on a healthy dose. Turn up the heat DEFINITELY makes me very very thirsty and have dry mouth. My female friend reports the same dry mouth/unquenchable thirst thing going on with her too.
