Did you read "[What pheromones can and cannot do](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/9558) "?

A phone number and some flirtation is a perfectly normal yield for an evening of pheros. You can also read the journals to see what is normal, what most people get out of it.
I don’t expect droves of gorgeous guys to pledge their undying love based on pheros alone, I imagine they need to see more of me for that. What pheros do give me is lots of male attention, which is fun for its own sake and gives me the opportunity to meet more men interested in me. Not all attraction is mutual, and not every man is dateable, I will still have to weed through them to see which guys I want to give my phonenumber to and get to know.

You cannot turn the clock back to your mid twenties. Sure, it is not easy to compete with guys who are 10 years younger, but lots of people make the most of their 30’s. You will miss being 32 when you get to 40…

It may help to go to places where most people are in their 30’s so you meet more women who are open to dating a guy your age. In bars with lots of young people you are more likely to regret not being 25. Most towns have some restaurants, bars and concerts that are frequented by the thirty-something crowd.
