I got up, shaved and showered this morning, the put on my essentially normal pheromone mix- 3 sprays ammo 2 on my face with slight sting, one on chest (normally it is just two on the chest) 2 sprays IH one on wrist, one on back of the neck 2 sprays IO on tops of forearms 2 drops A314, on inner forearm I forgot I had a dentist’s appointment 😮 as I did not look at my calender before getting started. self effects- I am mostly immune to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) effects by now, effects- the hygienist was friendly and flirty, trying to chat me up the entire time she was in my mouth. Her breathing was becoming heavier the entire time, she was basically blowing in my ear through her mask, and her very warm thighs were wrapped around my elbow 😃… to bad she was talking about her husband every 3 minutes.☹ as the hour went along her pupils became more dilated, so she was turned on (hey, her eyes were 8 inches from mine most of the hour, and I was laying on my back so what was I supposed to look at?) 😮 Ammo makes a pretty good aftershave, but remember where you are going before applying it. ---

I have found dental hygenists can get really “cuddly” if you are wearing the right stuff. ---
