Welcome, welcome, welcome to the mone forum, Sarah. Glad you could join the discussion of all things mones which spills over to things social!

You hit the nail on the head from the get go, Sarah. Women mones are not as abundant as the mens. This has been a topic for sometime of discussion. As an example:

> [@Newbie; help please! Can girls use certain male pheromones?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/newbie-help-please-can-girls-use-certain-male-pheromones/54273):

> Save this nube from total confusion! So I noticed that the site doesn’t have as many products for women as for guys. But I’ve been noticing posts stating how some women have tried TUTH, which as far as I know is under the “men’s” section. And [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is for men too, but a lot of girls seems to be using it anyway. Could I buy IO in mens and not in women’s? What are the usage recommendations for these gender specifications? Do they matter at all? Help and thank you in advance!

Some other thoughts of experienced women synthetic mone testers of what works for them:

> Revised for 2010/11 Ok ladies here is the start of my pheromone guide you asked for. I will be adding to it but I wanted to post something to get it started. (Mens guide located in the “Pheromone theory” sticky section) When posting about your pheromone experiences please try to add the dose on the bottle. How much you used and where you sprayed it on your body. This makes it easier for Jas and others to figure out what works and what doesnt and why. Due to Androtics no longer being able to …

Plenty of testing molecules that are wonderful for both men and women there.
For the social line, here are the options.
The Social mones such as:

IShine

IO

IH

Are unisex. So, that’s a solid helping of mones that WORK. Can they be inclined to a have a sexy connotation? Possibly requires More effort for the Wearer, for some guys, in convos, attitude and body language to promote that enhance that focus on Sexy Sarah.

For Womens mones, the other commercial line mones, are right up your alley. IS/a is like a sexy, confident Angelina Jolie vibe, how she carries herself, oozes a Confidence about her and is sensual as well.

Keep in mind that you would be able to, not only with the mones just mentioned, but also with the ones mentioned by Tisha23, combo and match them to get YOU a unique mone signature that you Really find is sexy. Here is how:

> July 24th, 2009, 02:01 PM In the late 90s, with Erox advertising heavily on the radio, I first tried these products. I had always written off pheromones as much as I would astrology (bad astrology from carnies, anyway), but I figured if they were spending so much to advertise such a product, it might be worth a shot. And hey, it’s even available in normal department stores. I don’t have to call a 900# or go to a strange, smelly sex shop or anything fishy. So I tried the product. Did smashingly…

Yes, I agree, that the focus is mostly on men and I’ve found that as men think with their ‘little’ head, are much more easily willing to try out mones as an attractant. The forum, here, is, IMO, closer to a ratio of 7 out of 10, male. Testing of mones and reports are mostly from men.
As this is a testing bed as well, women’s thoughts, observations, and reports are also sorely needed on these putatives and MX lines.

For the fit, both losing weight and keeping weight off, I use Wheatgrass. No, it’s not sold here.😃 I used powder and pills of the stuff, like what they have at Amazon, here:
[WheatGrass options](http://www.amazon.com/s/?_encoding=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&field-keywords=Wheatgrass%20&linkCode=ur2&tag=cervantes01-20&url=search-alias%3Daps&linkId=U7VQAWFDR2A3ESFX)

Basing my use on this, is what I’ve read up, many places, such as here:
[How to Balance Your pH to Heal Your Body](http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-6243/How-to-Balance-Your-pH-to-Heal-Your-Body.html)

After all of that, tell us somethings about you and what your expectations are with using these mones on you and the guys!
