I’ve had great success with instant openness. Although it makes me blabber like crazy with too much, it definitely cheers me up. ---

about 4-5 days after they post them if you DHL them… Man with the exchange rate at $2.09 to the £1 its cheap… ---

Lol yeah, and Pizza Hut Buffet with crappy Pizza which says “All you can eat” but really lasts for 1 hour and costs £6 which is like $13. ---

nah, generic-college town USA, but I’ve known enough people from there to know that I couldn’t afford it. 🙂 A good number of exchange students stick around for a long time after they’re done simply because it’s easy cheap living, and a nice place to take a break before jumping into the real world. ---

Yeah i think getting dunk is a good way to releive depression, but thats outa the question for me, Gonna try to increase the dose of Instant shine and maybe take the suggestion of IO as well… ---

I’'ve been seeing a shrink for about 4 months now and i’ve gotta say that with her suggestion of taking meds, i’ve really started to improve. i used to just try to party away the depression and found that to just be a temporary crutch. Its not the answer, even though its sooo tempting. anyways I was all against meds, cuz i’m the kinda guy that says, let your body take care of it, but this was the one time where they paid off. I would seriously recommend it because there was a point where i felt that i should just get drunk, drive down the highway really fast and hit a semi to just end it all… rock bottom sucks man, and i hope for your sake that you’ve got people to be around cuz just talking to people helps. If you don’t wanna take meds, maybe you should take like a shot of shine and openness like 3-4 times a day and make sure you’re around people so that the effect seems to last longer but most importantly, please get some help man. I was against seeing a shrink cuz i was against the idea of needing help. I thought that was for ‘weak’ people. boy was I wrong. Having a neutral party to talk to really helps, especially since i’m the person that doesn’t open up to people very well. if you got any questions, feel free to PM me, hope you feel better hang in there bud 😉 ---
