Marlboro always works for me lol ^\_^. Benson tastes like a dead rat’s corpse. What you need is a couple of nights clubbing. The intense music will give you Amnesia over all your problems. Throw on some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or something and head out to the nearest club. Sleep with a couple of girls and just have fun.

((((Habi))))

Hang in there 🙂

I have a question though. Are you feeling blue but still going about your daily activities or are you actually depressed, which is cant function, dont want to get out of bed ?

Your break up is new and you have to go through the motions of healing and in time it does get better. Not that you wont feel sad about it once in a while but it will be better.

If your having trouble just funtioning though out the day or dont feel like getting up and leaving the house on more then a few days a week have your therapist give you something.

Also Try P104, I know the guys are not all loving it but capone and myself as well as the guys I work with say it makes you feel happy.

Also You can try tak for sleeping or P204

> [@MX204 (TAK) - good for insomnia?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mx204-tak-good-for-insomnia/2369):
>
> I applied 2 sprays of MX204 (12.5mcg of [TAK](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in Neroli) a couple of days ago by itself to test, and within 5-10 minutes I was soooo sleepy, not in a pleasant way … leaden, almost like it was hard to breathe, kind of an underwater feeling of pressure on the lungs, you know? I had to lie down and go to sleep for a couple of hours. Heavy sleep in the middle of the day - I haven’t done that in nearly a year. I tried 2 sprays again this afternoon and wham, same kind of altered state, like a sleeping …

**I agree with Marty K.**
I’ve had great success with [instant openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Although it makes me blabber like crazy with too much, it definitely cheers me up.

Well, alcoholic drinks are certainly NOT a cure for any sickness. It actually “invite” sickness and all kinds of misery in life.🙂 Ups & downs are normal in life…friends, health & fortune come and go like the sea tide…nothing is guaranteed in this world and nothing will last forever (except for the Owner of this Universe). We just have to appreciate and enjoy everything while it lasts. There’re ways to overcome depressions imho…supports from family & friends are important and as well as getting ourselves close to our Creator. Things like meditation, praying & fasting will help greatly in order to obtain peace of mind and happiness. 🙂

Hey since i started using instant shine .. and Instant openness i have been feeling better and less depressed. Slept quite well in the last couple of nights.

Felt even better cos i meet some one at a bus stop, she gave me repeating eye contact and we ended talking for 2 hours. Didnt take her number i know where she works.

Since loosing all that weight, i look so much better, been getting a lot IOI and Hi’s from ladies at work i would never usually look at or talk to.

I am going to continue using IS and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and see if i can get my self together.

I agree with those who advise counseling and a good psychiatrist as the primary cure for depression. Nutritional treatments include 5-htp and st.John’s Wort.

But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my own product, _Pheros,_ as one of the primary [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) with the _potential_ to help mood. I’m not aware of a product that, offhand, I think of as better for that purpose. A plus is that it is all natural, and the effects for some seem to be lasting and multifaceted, rather than a temporary burst.

All I’m saying is that it’s worth a try. It definitely helps my mood, and believe me, I’ve a tendency toward depression.

_Pheros_ is “available on another site”, as they say. It will probably be selling out for good within the next several months, so now is the time to try it. BTW, I personally gain nothing if you buy it, and lose nothing if you don’t; because I’ve already been paid, and am never making more.

You can now Google “Pheros,” to find it immediately.

Got mine a couple of weeks ago. What a great smell! Not sure about any positive effects on mood although I can say it hasn’t affected me negatively. But then again, I’m still testing.

Glad you brought this up. I am confused a little with this one. Does it contain mones because I have been told no by some and yes by others.

I was under the assumption that it was more of a aromatherapy type product at first.

I’ve got Pheros in both regular and concentrate versions. It’s a well done old-school cologne, made of primarily natural ingredients. I understand that the exception is it contains trace amounts of synthetic pheormones. Not enough to create the strong effects we often discuss here, but enough to give a very “natural” feeling to the mix.

It’s good stuff.

I’m not depressed, and can’t comment on its use for depression.

Thanks for your interest.

_Pheros_ contains trace amounts of many [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and copulins, as well as analog pheromones from essential oils, mammalian musks, and other natural substances. Although I’ve posted this information in many places over the years, always in the same way, it is often misunderstood.

_Pheros_ is also an aromatherapy product, with full aromatherapy benefits.

All told, it has approximately 150 natural ingredients, any number of which (e.g., valerian root, jasmine, sandalwood, musks) have traditional or historical uses for relaxation and mood.

Although the primary function is to enhance romance, part of that function is enhancing mood. It has seemed to have greater benefits in that area than expected, judging by anecdotal reports and my own experiences with myself and my friends who have it.

Only the best, professional perfumer quality civet. But I’ve been giving away far too many ingredients lately, so forget I said that. 😉

The reason I ask is I really cant stand civit. Well most people cant LOL. I know this would be harder for you to notice because its your mix and you would recognize the scents in the mix but do you think the civit in it is noticable to someone who would recognize the scent or is it buried enough to go unnoticed?
