> Thanks, that is a bit different then the information I have compiled. Not to discredit your findings or anything. I am just wondering what has caused this effect for you and this person with Post Traumatic Stress. I have found that the nols create a cluttered busy mind, that when used close to sleep causes sleep disturbances. Which is why we tell a lot of people not to use it right before bed since others have reported on this frequantly.

My son has ADD and dosnt sleep well. Maybe I should try some bnol or anol on him and see what happens. Of course with his permission LOL

I’m not the first to report sedating effects with nols. Below is a quick search of “Androstenol” and “Sleepy”.

_Lor,_

_Do you feel sleepy immediately after high **Androstenol** exposure or a few hours later, like an afterburn effect?_

All I wanted to do was crash and go to sleep even though I had not done anything physically exhausting._
