Hi There TUTH wont make you seem like a sex crazed maniac its just more effective in certain environments. So suppose you goal is to have more sex or intensify a sexual experience a bit and you plan to use it in social situation with those who are comfortable around you then TUTH would be a great choice. If your going to be using it more in a office setting or to church on sundays then you opt for something less in your face but equally as sexy like AMMO.
