Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there is a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) which can eliminate nervousness or anxiety? It would be great for when I’m doing some type of oral presentations, speeches, approaching women 😉 , and things like that.

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) should def. work for this. Its just the boost of confidence that you need. Remember that old trick when doing presentations, (picture everybody in their underwear), hahaha 😃

IS will help you.

But remember it will not eliminate your nervousness completely.

For presentations and speeches one of the best thing to do is rehearse them at home by yourself or ask a friend to listen to you.

Also close your eyes and imagine yourself in front of the class or podium. What would you say, how would you say it, what would you do?

By being mentally prepared it would help you a lot. Good luck!

Yeah, what Smiling\_Ray said. And also, when you imagine yourself giving your successful speech, filled with confidence, it helps to do this from a few different perspectives. Like from the 1st-person “through your own eyes” perspective, and from the 3rd-person perspective of watching yourself through someone else’s eyes, thinking “Damn, that guy’s good!”🙂
Play about with that a bit and see what works best for you…

[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Shine, applied to your neck so that you’re getting a good whiff. Maybe spray some Instant Openness somewhere close to your nose as well.

Instant Gentleman would be the single best pheromone for this in my opinion, since I find it to be the best confidence booster out of all the pheromones.

Hello Simple1,
I suggest you Instant Shine + [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). There are also other two that you could try. One is MX222 (out of stock) and the other is P74. I tried P74 at 100 mcg (soon I’ll post a report) and I felt absolutely the master of all that was surrounding me. I thought thos may interest you.

See ya

There’s been a long discussion on the TAK thread on exactly this subject. That discussion starts [here](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/molecule-k-tak/13847/75).

We speculated that TAK with TAA (the main pheromone in Instant Shine) might serve the purpose you ask about, simple1. Here are some of the highlights:

> [@molecule K=TAK](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/molecule-k-tak/13847/76):
>
> The way I see it, TAK dissociates one from the current situation, which allows you to put things in perspective but limits your experince of the here and now. TAA (InstantShine) by contrast makes me very centered, grounded, here and now associated with my physical body. Rapunzel has been experimenting with alternating among the choices of TAK or TAA or neither. But what happens if you combine TAA and TAK? Do they pull in different directions? Do they cancel each other out or do they just make you uncomfortable and confused. Or do they actually give you both capabilities at the same time. If the latter, are you able to move back and forth at ease between associated and dissociated or might one actually be able to maintain both perspectives simultaneously?
>
> This is a great contribution, Phya. If it holds up, it appears that one can successfully use TAK and TAA (Instant Shine) together for the continuity of the big picture AND the joy of the moment. It would be great for speeches, presentations and stage performances, where one needs to keep in mind the script and one’s location in it while maintaining contact with the audience in the present. And in so far as all the world is a stage, there are infinite applications.

> [@molecule K=TAK](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/molecule-k-tak/13847/78):
>
> There does seem to be a sort of ‘big picture’ mentality with TAK, and I do agree that for me, IS, has a spotlight, I want to perform! kinda feel. I didn’t think about it, but it would probably be a good mix for performing, esp in combination with -nols. The only thing that detracts from the ‘spotlight on you’ experience of IS, is that I think TAK adds a sense of ‘group mind’, which is either a byproduct, or the reason for the ‘bigger picture’ mentality.

> [@molecule K=TAK](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/molecule-k-tak/13847/83):
>
> I’ll have to look back at my report and relive it real quick, but it didn’t necessarily feel out of place in my experience, I just noted that it was a little more than usual. I often enjoy removing myself mentally from the situation and just observing the fluctuating dynamics of the situation for a moment before diving back in. It’s like coming up out of the water to check my location, then I’m diving back down to the depths of human interaction.

> [@molecule K=TAK](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/molecule-k-tak/13847/95):
>
> I have been experimenting with the TAK-TAA combo. Saturday afternoon I went out wearing a normal social mix, mainly A314 with -nols. I included 15mcg TAK and 15mcg TAA. On the subway I found myself closing my eyes and pondering the many things on my mind and engaging in surprisingly productive planning and problem solving. But I could open my eyes and be immediately in the here and now, alert and capable of dealing with the people around me. It was a fairly amazing capability it gave me. With the TAK alone I would have felt too awkward and uncomfortable to accomplish any mental work. With the TAA alone I would have just been chillin’ and watching the none too interesting people.

The suggested [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/)/Instant Shine combo is a great place to start. p74 might help, but depending on the presentation, might be too casual.

p93 might keep things clear, but IME, may contribute to anxious feelings (gotta get it down now!)

Warren already recommended TAK. Something that I was initially going to recommend mostly for its…quieting effects, and suggest combining some Instant Openness to keep your lips loose. I forgot about the TAK/TAA combo and it might indeed be what you’re looking for. The best way I can describe it is if you can freeze the situation, and walk around it freely (the TAK) then you press play, and everything is lively and energetic (Instant Shine) But I would suggest giving TAK a try first, to see how it works with your own chemistry, as it can really throw a wrench in your plans if you are not careful (knock out gas at high doses 😃) as it has a significant presence in any mix.

NBully79 (June 11, 2008):
" **Day report 06/11/08: 12.5 mcg P83 + 12.5 mcg P86**
My face expression is softer.
Voice projection is good.
No problem articulating.
Reduced respect and attention.

At 4 pm added 12.5 mcg each of P83 and P86

Increased desire in self to chat.
Muscles felt loose right after application but became fine later.

**Very calm mood, like all is well, all worries gone. Breathing is very regular and slow. Body movements are slow. Nothing excites. Very anti-sexual. The effect lasted even until next morning. This might be a P86 effect.**"

NBully79 (June 13, 2008):
" **Day report 06/13/08: 1 Ammo**
1 spray Ammo applied lower in the stomach under the undershirt.
Excited chatty Asian couple friends.
Typical -none jittery effect on me, irregular breathing etc.

Applied 25 mcg P86 at 11 am
**Didn’t create the same calming effect as before. It was probably overridden by -none.**

Mood is fine and even upbeat.

Applied 2 to-go sprays Focus mix before heading to coffeehouse with my labmate.
Barista mentioned before was giggly, a little uncharacteristic of her.
No extra attention.

Ammo smell has stayed till the end of evening, probably because I sprayed below undershirt."

Hey Visionary, I am surprised that’s all I posted about P86. I don’t feel it very strongly, but when used by itself it IS a bit calming for me too. Need more reports on it.

When you try TAK it might be interseting to see your reactions with it compared to P86.

Visionary, you are great for asking me questions I don’t the answer to, yet. I read your post this morning after having coffee and before eating any breakfast. I was feeling kinda ragged. I had been walking around looking upwards and screaming at God. Not praying so much as demanding. I’m not sure He appreciates that, but I ain’t no Job. Life’s frustrations have been getting to me this week. Seemed like a good time to give it a try.

Before today, I had pretty much used P86 in combination with [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) and other pheros. This morning I sprayed 15mcg P86 (and nothing else). After a few minutes I was, in fact, quite calm. I was able to sit at the computer and focus. I think more than the 15mcg would have been too much for this purpose. I felt silly about the ranting and proceeded with my morning in a more normal fashion.

When I use my P86 heavy sensuality formula, I do notice that it will linger or re-surface, even the next day.

I suspect that it is more about GABA than serotonin. That is a pretty subtle distinction to make subjectively. I reserve the right to change my mine. Prozac often destroys libido, the theory being that high serotonin diminishes dopamine production. The so called “date rape drug” GHB (gamma hydroxybutyrate) calms by increaseing GABA levels which results in more dopamine, ingreased growth hormone levels and increased libido (which apparently convinced some dumbasses they should put in their girlfriends drinks). I will take 5HTP (seroronin precursor) before bedtime sometimes (and sometimes soon after using P86). I think there is a subtle qualitative difference between increased serotonin and P86 effects.

I would disagree with NBully’s attribution of an “anti-sexual” effect to P86. It is not clear to me what is going on with him there, but he is only using 12.5mgc of P86. I like 50mcg of P86. Tater says 4:1 P86 to P83. I would say at least 4:1 – maybe five or six to one. I would not call P86 sexual so much as I would call it sensuous, but if you’re doing it right, one leads to another. NBully speaks of the “typical -none jittery effect” which seems to conflict with P86. NBully may just have a different idea of what is sexy than I do. I appreciate -rone more than -none.

Someone called TAK “liquid valium.” I have written elsewhere about my belief that TAK is a dissociative – tacitus has even called it that. It calms by emotially removing one from a stressful situation. There is an NLP trick that does the same thing with identical results. In high enough doses TAK even makes my mind race. If I am not mistaken, Valium works on the GABA pathways. I have read (and experienced) that the B vitamins niacinamide and inositol, in combination, increase GABA receptors and have a calming effect similar to Valium. I think this is closer to what P86 does.

An alpha male shining, calmly, sensuously grounded in the here and now… And then being forced to deal with the in-laws. Sounds jangly to me. Almost like being forced to talk to your parents while stoned – not that marijuana won’t mellow you out under the right circumstances. Wrong mix, incongruity error.
