Alright so I received 5 to-go bottles of varying products. I am gonna try and set up an event tonight 😉. anyways My question is how full should these bottles be, obviously their full volume could hold more than 5ml but where is that. The reason I ask is there was some noticable leaking through the envelope and within the packaging and there were varying volumes of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in each. There is a strong scent coming out of the packing. Are leaking phero bottles normal? could this just be some issue with the shipment where heat might have caused them to leak a bit? -Rich PS if I go out tonight I’ll put the results on my journal ‘Journey to Perfection’ take a look, there are already some good stories on my pre phero results ---

The strong smell is probably from the instant shine that androtics spray in the package to make you even more excited and happy when you get your pheros 🙂 A little bit of leaks is pretty normal, as shipping is not always without rocking and impacts. The 5ml marker is at the max of the to-go bottle, right on the line where the screwing cap is. I found this out by doing mix into to go bottles, using a precise seringe, and at 5 ml, the content is almost squized out when I put the cap with the atomizer tube in it. Hope this helps 🙂 ---

thank you sir. It looks like a bit of a courrier issue. although I don’t want to use any of the phero’s till i can get a bit of the kinks worked out, its like being stuck in the middle of the ocean. water water every where but not a drop to drink. ---

Yeah leaks…they happen. Not every time but more than one would like lol Good thinking getting five togos Rich. ---

To Gos are ok for testing but once you learn to love pheromones buy everything in the big blue bottles. They don’t seem to have any leakage problems. ---

Yea if you get more than one to go sized bottle i would count on at least one bein a little low. I mean in my experience thats happened everytime. Or maybe its a ploy to get you to hurry up and buy the big bottle lol. ---

I just recieved mine today and one of them was leaking. I’m not to sure which one was the leaking one, but I have to say I like the smell from one of the bottles that was leaking. ---

how low is normal, ie milimeters from the reservoir/screwcap junction, on a new bottle? ---

The to-go bottles are generally filled 3/4 of the way up. When they add more it tends to leak during shipping due to air pressure. I am finding out from various perfume companies I buy from that send out samples that this is common when these type bottles are used. Unfortunately they are also the most popular and cost effective bottle for samples on the market. While leaks are rare they do happen from time to time. The only time to be concerned is if the bottle is below 3/4 full, In which case you should notify the company at the below email address. Tisha ---

For the sake of resolution, I send an e-mail in to Androtics. … they cursed at me and they told me I was an accident… 😉 No, in all seriousness Steve O contacted me via e-mail and via phone within a timely fashion even though he was sick. And we were able to resolve the issue beyond what I would have hoped for or even thought possible. I assumed that I would be told leaks happen, and that this type of thing is normal. I was fine with that (I was going to snag a bigger bottle anyway). But Steve was very gracious and found a solution that involves me being able to phero up my spring break without having to sit next to my mail box.
