it’s a very expensive way to get some shut-eye though. I would just recommend some deep sleep hypnosis cds or deep sleep subliminals. They always work for me and knock my lights out. Most of them costs only $14 and u can download it online.

Try [www.brainsync.com](http://www.brainsync.com)

Save your androstenol for babes like LOR.

Or, you could get a bottle of the National Drink of the US\*, and have some fun along the way!🙄 😃😃😃

- By act of congress, Bourbon is the United States’ “National Drink” along with the bald eagle as the national bird.

Hello,

I’am agree with NFS and Lor, the androstenols have some sedative effect on me.
I also tried brainwaves cd.. it effectively creates a frequence following response in the brain. The binaural beat can make your brainwaves go down or go up regarding the purpose of the stuff. It take a while, it’s not like a medical drug. Don’t overdose it anyway.

nols make me perky, not sleepy. EST seems to have some relaxing properties. Nevertheless, all [pheromones](https://a314.com/) I’ve tried fade with regular self-medication use. You have to keep upping the dose. Eventually you’ll get so tolerant of the pheromone you won’t feel a thing. I find 3-mg tabs of melatonin works best for me.

ZMA seems to be a good supplement for sleeping well, too.. though you can get vivid dreams or even wet ones 😃

My fool-proof method is melatonin and velarian used together. Hard-hitting stuff, gets the job done!

I’ve been down that road from 2.5 mcg to 10 mg I’ve felt drowsy but once I change position I felt alert again. So far with tac I slept through the night though this wasn’t why I bought it. I was just so impatient and dabbed a lil before bed and happy accident. I’m not saying this will work for everyone just saying what I encountered.

I’ve tried TAC as a sleep aid, but it doesn’t work for me. Different chemistry, I suppose. Ryan Mercer used to say that p102 helped him sleep. I never tried it. But if I was feeling anxious, p130 has helped me sleep.

When I use melatonin, it is usually between 10-15 mg, with 50-100 mg valerian.

P102 does help me sleep - strangely in a non-drowsy way, as I don’t find it sedative to me, just a bit relaxing. I have 3-4 memorable dreams per night every time I use this stuff later in the day. Very vivid and interesting dreams!

TAC at 10+ mcg was very drowsy to me, and would often completely knock me out. I would often be out for hours in the middle of the day, and not at times I had time for sleeping! This stuff was instant narcolepsy for me.

MMDI: “1 mcg of [TA]K made me nod off reading twice, that’s why I diluted it more”

My tried and true method for sleeping when I must, is 1-3 mg Melatonin, and a contoured sleeping mask. You need to put the mask on immediately after taking the pill, don’t look at any bright lights (like an iPad or your phone). If you are used to noise, a sound generator could help. Try one of those isochronic tones apps that uses nature sounds.

I’d be cautious with melatonin. Regular usage can effect something in women’s body’s and lead to lupus especially at such high doses. And especially if there’s a family history of it or immune disorders.

Thanks for the info. I do know that the body forms a tolerance to melatonin over time, so I only use it if I am really desperate. That’s why it is such a high dose, because I only use it when a lower dose just won’t work.
