Hi there from South Africa! I just moved to Johannesburg from one of our smaller coastal towns, and hoping to make a big impact at my new place of employment. I’m not a shy guy per say, but being recently divorced has affected my confidence, which I’m hoping to alter. I’m looking to use A314 along with Instant Openess at work, and perhaps Ammo when I go out at night. For now though, I’m going to try out the Ultimate [Pheromone](https://a314.com/) Intro Pack. Sound like you did your homework because those are some good choices. Have fun with intro and remember a good way to test is to start with one spray of one mone and work your way up. ---

Welcome to PheromoneTalk, kevs1SA! I see you’ve already got your GC. Now, for conquering Johannesburg… A314+IS is way better than A314+IO at work. You can use IO on more casual hanging out times. AMMO+IO+IS will give you a blast during your prowl. Welcome! You did not go wrong with the starter kit. You could try the IO with the A314 and all testing is encouraged, but the IO will detract from the A314 and what I would do is try the IH instead. If you got the CTTM2 this could also be an option to at a low dose with the A314. For work I would look at IG and A314 testing very first thing. Then one of these should be your base to build off of. Some IH would not hurt either to help get the trust of everyone also at work. For dating I would start with Ammo and this should be your main goto pheromone for dating and meeting women and to build off of, save the TUTH for later on. The others are more social like IO, IH, and ISHine and usually work best to steer the main pheromone in the direction you want. If you have any trouble at all please post as we are here to help each other. It would be nice to see a journal as well so we can continue to help you out along the way.
