Search for IFM a little in the forum, read about the secondary effects of androstadienone (main phero in IFM). ---

I second IFM - after you have created attraction, you want her to feel comfortable with you… and that will distinguish you from every other guy. You may feel that you are able to ‘kino’/make advances more quickly than if you hadn’t used IFM. I wouldn’t use IFM on it’s own though - just as a supplement. Consider using togo, or other portable sprays to top up the mix during the evening. You can also use this to help shift the energy as the evening moves on. ---

You can use more IFM than any product with -none. I can wear 4 or 5 sprays before having a headache or feeling dizziness but men around me sometimes don’t feel very well… Other people can only stand 1 or 2 sprays on him. You will have to find (like with every product) your own sweet point with the dose. 😉 ---

yes it does! it works quite abit in my opinion , smells good and well you would need to communicate with the person to get it more flowing i think in a way.. ---

I use a mix that goes very well for clubbing: 2x PheroProof 1x Ammo 1x Turn Up The Heat 3x A314 4x [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) 4x Instant Shine You can wear 3 Ammo’s or 3 PP instead of PP+Ammo, but I don’t get same effects. I use TUTH until I receive P79 and test it a little with this mix, I recalibrate every clubbing day a little the formula but these are the components. IMO IFM compensates -none very well when targets are women (ovulating-endofcycle compensation). ---

You can spray every pheros on the same spot, or previously mixed in a bottle and spray it or whatever. It’s just that it’s “better” that you cover more areas to help diffusion and there are certain pheros that are better sprayed in some zones, depending if you want them to affect you or not, if the effects are bad for you or not, etc. For example you shouldn’t spray [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) where you can smell it. If you want -none to affect you, you cant spray it on your chest. If you want A314 to affect you, you can put it under your nose, the same for Instant Shine. If you want androstenols to affect others but not you a lot, spray it on your hands or on your hair… you have to think about it taking everything in count. I hope this helps. Anyway, there are many posts about where to spray each phero for each use and why, do searches and you will find much more detailed explanations about this. PD: Oil based pheros seem to slow spray pheros diffusion if you put oil ones over sprayed. Pheros may last longer but not diffuse so much. ---

Same thing, if you spray it on your chest or front neck you will be affected by -none and -ols (this is not necessarily bad). On your hair you won’t so much and it will diffuse more.
