Scents have a big impact on the mood, such as lilac, rose, lemon, etc. and aromatherapy is an ancient practice. Which pheros would be recommended to relax and calm the wearer during stress or afterward?

You are dealing with essentially two different things there IMO. The cover scent used in a [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) may act in an aromatherapy kind of way (like the clary sage scent package offered in IFM). The pheromone would be acting in a different way.

Check the “What Works” threads etc. to see what’s been posted about pheromones that enhance meditation. I think tacitus also has had some observations along those lines in some of his posts. Use “meditation” as the keyword ina search and see what comes up as well.

Just some thoughts.
