Thanks for Fixing Andrews gif I felt bad after showing him the gif and not knowing how to resize it myself, how did you do it by the way because i have soo many on my comp thats just way too big for this forum limit, if theres no simple program to tweak it like with Gimp then forget I asked, it must be way too technical.

I use Photoshop CS 2 (for now)
And Paint Shop Pro 9 - 10 and 11.
About the GIF i used Macromedia Flash Professional 8.
My idea was to remove frames. But the compression it self did the job.
So no frames ware removed from the gif.

Hey Phats your avatar pic is ok the way it is , I dont think Airbrushing it will help it any better. Try shrink****pictures.com/ to tweak around with the Size and Resolution to improve on it , I use it all the time.
