I have been using various mones over the pas 10 days (my first ten days) and I am most tuned into the self effects right know. I am, in this early phase, very tuned into the changes that come over me with initial sprays. I started out with TUTH 3 drops. While I was hoping to experience some sense of arousal I experienced mostly irritability. I saw body language from some people around me but it wasnt really sexual but actually seemed perplexed about what kind of vibe I was giving. I noticed a few “whew” when they stood mear me but it was NOT directed at me. They felt hot and I mean that literally and seemed to be unexpectedly overwhelmed. I got some extra smiles occasionally and one nurse appeared to be flustered trying to deal with her feelings/sensation. Over the following few days I tried a couple more times with TUTH 2 sprays with IO 3-4 sprays the wrist and It made things more comfortable particulaly for me. I currently avoid using TUTH currently at work and use mostly IO and IS. It promotes interaction. My first day with mones I tried instsant Jerk at a wine tasting affair. Going into the event I was somewhat despondent about a recent “friends only” relation with a woman. (she was not with me) After I sprayed IJ on my neck it melted my frustration and replaced it was a smirking “I dont care what the heck she wants in this relationship Im going to enjoy the people around me.” It made it easier for me to introduce myself to others and got me out of my little pity party. Instant shine alone without anything else makes me kind of wired and I do better some buffering with something else for “content”. Let me say before I go any further I love [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), It is a gentle soul warmer to me. As a physician wearing a white coat already exhibiting alpha characteristics, A314 alone, 2 or 3 drops, makes me hyperserious. Perhaps if I was going to a meeting requiring some firm emotional disciple, it would be useful for, but for regular work without social buffering A314 is Im “Mr. Serious.” I havent really yet tuned into others behavior when Im wearing it. I personally felt much better wih IG with IS, it does give me that undertone of “suave rico”. Its not bad, its a release for me. I like IO energy and IH intensity but I havent found an ideal balance between the two and have a bit of difficulty Identifying exactly how Im responding to to CTTM2. Of course my real goal is to have greater sexual appeal and Im getting there, but also recognizing that perhaps a hospital may not be an ideal to atmosphere. Ive noticed a few good comments with Like “your sexy” and "your a great looking guy with P83 +IG or MX302. More to follow. My systematic approach to single mones at increasing doses has been replaced by "How do I feel when I put on this mone and what changes occur when I add another one on top. I would like to find a good balance of IG, p83 and IS at work but sometimes get distractred thinking I need some -none if I see a cute nurse. More to follow wih the nect round. I find that despite my greatest aspirations, the majority of people in a hospital are not likely looking for a pickup. I noticed lots of people talikn aro ---

I use 2 sprays from the TOGO bottle…I think its a total of 25 mcg. ---

This past friday I went to a small coleaguge get together hosted by my target. I wore 3 sprays ox MX302 and was felt very free. After I went to her bedroom on the second floor and got her g-string panties from her dresser I walked down the stairs with them in my shirt pocket like a handercheif and showed them selectively and eventually to her. The party got into a sexual overtone and she allowed me and a friend play “pin the tape on the nipple” on top of her shirt and allowed me to confirm the location of her nipple by feeling her shirt surface. She agreed to be spanked ( in front of 15 other people and I got a rub on my belly. by the way, everyone else gave her a house warming gift of wine but I gave her chocolates and a bottle of “Intensity” K-Y lubricant in a nice gift bag. As people we leaving the party I decided to leave as well because I didnt want to push my luck, as when this women is sober she is not particularly sexual with me and I feared rejection. The jelly as a gift? Never the less It was one of the best parties Ive been to and will continue to pursue this woman. Im finding that Im 2 sprays of IG with a 2 sprays of p83 kept her a bit closed lipped the day before the party and today I wore 2 sprays of MX302 to the neck, 1 spray of IO to right wrist, 1 spray of CTTM2 to left wrist with some “very sexy” cologne and she was pretty open and playful. My gut feeling is that she would be cold without the "mones. as she was before the “mones”. Im thinking of continuing at work to go lightly with MX302 and a couple of sprays of IO + 1 spray of CTTM2 and 2 sprays of p83 ; thismay be moving towards my mix for this week. I thought I would like IG a bit more but need to work more with it in combo with some IO and IS perhaps. ---

MX302 mostly. Two sprays to the neck and one to the wrist. I met a women that I did my PhD with about 10 years ago. She was enamored with me then but I was clearly not interested at the time and she had wanted to have a fling then but I was in a committed relationship and I didnt find her very attractive. She maintained intense interest in me throughout the day and took me to dinner. Over a 9 hour period, I sprayed 2 additional MX302, 1x TUTH and 1x IJ to my chest. I think I also took 2 sprays IH to the wrist. We spent some time at the aquarium with my six year old and she maintained close and intense interest. I suspect her disposition might have been similar even if I didnt wear mones. Interestingly, at the end of the night, I offerred to come up to the room and engage her with what she had wanted (physically) 10 years ago. She said she was very tempted but didnt think that I really found her attractive and didnt want to destroy a friendship. Was she correct? yes. Was I disappointed? Maybe my ego was nicked but even with the mones she was able to pick up on my true feelings. If I had mood altering substances or drinks on board I might have hid my true feelings better but as Shakespeare said…‘To thine own self be true’ but also as important Primum Non Nocere…first do no harm. I could have pushed the issue just a bit more. Perhaps I should have had asked her to spray on some [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) for woman or p86… ---

MX327 Tried 2 1/2 sprays yesterday morning on the way to work at 6:30 am. I was feeling a bit anxious and racing before the sprays. After the sprays I cleary had a much calmer feeling. I didnt feel high but I felt like I had ‘bumpers’ on my ‘edgy’ feelings. I was trying to figure out a descriptive way to explain my feelings , somewhere between a Michelin Tire man and Pink Floyds comfortably numb. Not much interaction with people until 9 am. Another spray. I kinda liked the smell, not flowery like [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/). I went to the cath lab- got some touches from the techs, some smiles and passing jokes but no outreach or excitment. Went upstairs to the vasc lab Decided to add some IS and got a pick me up. Later I went to the library and decided to add some 2x IO- 1 1/2 sprays. After I sat down some of the medical student got excessively chatty. Not really talking about anything of substance. I thought it might just be a fluke but It started happening in waves with others in the area of up to 20 feet. Ive been in the library before and profound unrestricted chatiness is not typical. I stayed there about 90 minutes but just 15 minutes before I left I added 1 spray of IJ to my upper chest. The hair slipping and the eye looks started. One med student came and sat down right next to me but didnt talk to me. Then again I wasnt really in a mood to talk despite the recent IO. Today did the same morning thing except today I was feeling tired. After 2 sprays of MX327 I felt very bumpered, maybe even a bit tired. I got around some ppeople expecting to see some smiles and friendliness but rather saw very short interactions. Very short but neutral responses. Not really what I was looking foe so I added 2 sprays of IS-TOGO. I felt so much better. Made a couple of jokes and was had some upbeat interactions with some others. Its mid morning and thats where Im at. I need to do some work and maybe a bit of reading… ---

Physician experience with [pheromones](https://a314.com/)-FF22 MX353 MX353 1.5 sprays to each neck MX272 2 sprays to each neck p83 10 mcg 2 sprays to each hand 6:45 am Went to conference at 7 am and was pretty chatty with I. R. Got into some sexual chat and I got into a verbal banter but no touching. Lots of rounding with some smiles and a lot of receptiveness but no stares and no DIHL, no Passess. I felt pretty confident though. Repeat 1 spray of MX’s at noon. Repeat 1 spray of p 83 to each hand. Again no stares and no DIHL light Ive experienced with some other mones. 3rd year resident very smiley and chatty , receptive but not really sexual . Iput myself into places with others around but got very little receptiveness I’ma little disappointed. 🆒 What to so tommorrow? Just Mx 353 3 sprays ? 353+ 272 without p83? Mx’s with IO/IS or IH/IS ? Maybe start Ammo for the first time? Choices Any suggestions? Can I OD on 353? (mx292) Is less more? As for the scent. Its easy to tolerate and doesnt interfere with close interactions. ---

NPA–I really like it Twice this week I mix my NPA 1:5 with phelure and take one spray to the mid chest. Meo-est 25 mcg to the wrist, p83 30 mcg split between the wrists and neck TAF 15 cg split between the wrists. 2 sprays 1X IH 1 spray and 2X IS It gives me a warm deep glow, very sexy. Makes it easy for me to talk to others. It doesnt however get me any DIHL nor IOI’s which I am looking for ---

Androgyny 2 sprays of mx353 2 sprays of mx335 2 sprays of 1x IS Yesterday- I am so happy with this mix. The smile and smirk on my face goes in deep to my core. I feel confident and shed some neediness. Today- Same effect on me. I feel great alone and complete. I havent been around anyone these few days for more than a couple of minutes so I dont know how it will effect others. Incidently, Last week I tried 2 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and 1 spray of MB and got alot of attention at work. People asking me to let them do things for me. Im thinking that -none and TAH may be a good combo for me. I lost my MB so Ill try to run through the mx335 with different -none mixes.
