# Pick ups at the gym

Ok so I work out religiously at my school rec and can’t help but notice all the beautiful girls around, I’ve read a lot of articles that say picking up women at the gym is a bad idea but I would like y’all’s opinion on this. If yes how would you go about talking to them? There’s a girl who I make eye contact with almost every time I workout and I wanna approach her but I’ve never done so at the gym.

If there are grils that are displaying **real** interest and you can pull it off, why not?

Keep in mind people are checking eachother out at the gym all the time. I find it hard to differentiate between random looks and real IOI’s there…

I have a couple of coworkers who chase unicorns at the gym.

strike up a conversation, pass a compliment, talk to her, find out what she likes or doesn’t. least she can say is leave me alone creep..

I met a girl at the gym once, she was on the elliptical machine and I just made conversation got her number and invited her for some coffee and she went out with me.

Yeah I suppose that makes sense I work out at a school rec so I just feel like when women come around every guy becomes a poon hound and it’s hard not to come off as a creep when this occurs.
