OK to start with, a quick note to SteveO that nobody else will understand. The first picture of the blonde without the hat is the one with the same name of the girl you were meeting Friday. 🙂 Now on to the concept of social proofing: The subject of social proofing has been discussed many times in the forums, and having several attractive women around you really does make it incredibly easier to meet other women. The thought process behind this is that a girl sees you with another attractive girl and figures that you must be ok. In my journal I’ve mentioned that when I go to my usual nightclub (Cowboys Red River), I have several girls that are friends and will come hang out with me throughout the night. Below are pictures of a few of these friends, and they are also the girls that have taken most of the pictures I’ve used in my avatars of me and other women. Here is an excellent example of how social proofing helped turn things around for me just the other day. I was at Red River Thursday night and met a really cute hispanic girl. We were getting along really well and within a couple of minutes I told her that she’d have to give me her phone number before the end of the night. She whips out her cell phone and asks for my number, which she proceeds to punch into her phone then hits call. I accept the call then store her number, and she stores mine. She drags me out on the dance floor and we danced 4 or 5 songs, until the DJ plays a hip-hop set. We go back to where we were sitting and I go to grab us a drink. She still wanted to dance, so I told her I don’t really dance to this kind of music but she should go ahead and jump up on the sub-woofer box and dance, which she does. Some young punk sees his opening and jumps up and starts dancing with her, and the next thing I know they take off to the dance floor and I don’t see her again for the rest of the night. A couple minutes after they took off for the dance floor, one of the girls I know comes over and sits with me, then 2 more come over and join us, and the 4 of us hang out till closing. Well, at this point I’d written the first girl off, and had no intention of ever calling her. By Saturday I had pretty much forgotten all about her, and I’m at Red River again. At 10:08 my cell phone rings, and guess who’s calling? Yep, the little hispanic cutie from Thursday night. It’s far to loud to even try to take a call in the club though, so I just ignore it. An hour later she calls again and this time I accidentally flipped the phone open and answered the call. I can’t hear anything at all and just say try calling back tomorrow, then flip my phone closed. She calls 6 more times, one call after another and none of which I answer. Then after seeing that I’m not going to take the call she texts saying "Hey mark it’s lala i called but guess ur out. want to see you again call me. After getting blown off Thursday, I have no interest in calling her, and I’m pretty sure she would never have called me either. However, after having blown me off, then seeing 3 hot girls sitting with me 10 minutes later, she probably started wondering if she made a mistake. 🙂 Anyway, that’s social proofing and probably the best advice I can give for meeting women in clubs: Find yourself a couple of hot girls who are regulars, and make friends with them. Nice Mark! You should smile a bit more..I bet you have beautiful pearly whites! 😃 Good points about social proof. We often talk about such and such concepts endlessly but sometimes fail to truly utilize the tools we are aware of. That’s where practice becomes perfect, eh? ---

Nope, I’m toothless! 🙄 Actually I hate smiling in photos cause it make my wrinkles show even more. God it sucks getting old! 🙂 😉 Actually it’s not even really so much tools or practice, just getting out and making friends…Then using those friends to help you score! 😃 😉 ---

I did date the black girl in the second photo a couple of times, but we’re just friends now. She was also in one of my older avatars with her sister and I. But to be honest, I did fondle her butt when she was dancing on the sub-woofer box Saturday night. Of course if she wouldn’t have been grinding it into the back of my neck, I wouldn’t have turned around and started squeezing it. 🙂 I LOVE MY FRIENDS! 😃 😃 ---
