Me and my girlfriend got in a fight and she broke up with me she cried for an hour straight and asked me to meet her tomorrow to talk about it out of what I have I would like your help making a really good mix. I’ve been dating her a year and honestly want to marry her i’m really upset:/ Please don’t make immature comments or tell me to use the search button or make a mix myself. (((((Jstn)))))) First let me say its going to be OK. Couples argue sometimes. My husband and I have had some doozies over the years. Actually her crying for a hour and then wanting to talk is a good sign. If she was real pissed and totally done with the relationship most likely she wouldnt cry or want to see you. You can go two ways here. I know the guys will suggest A314 because of the respect factor. So if thats an issue then go with A314 IH and [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/). I know that even though this is a reoccurring theme with you it is high school and that sort of “break up in the heat of the moment get back together” mash up is fairly common. [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can only be a band aid to a relationship. The healing has to be sought from within by you and her. I’ve seen great things happen with pheromones concerning my interpersonal relationships but they dont make up for consideration, understanding, mature feelings, and rationality. It is up to you as well as her to exercise those foundations in order to have a harmonious relationship. To be honest I think it would have been helpful for you to tell us why she broke up with you within that moment of time. If you really have this intention of marrying her you have to be able to compromise with her and see her own needs as your own. I have no way of telling whats really going on in your head but if your thinking to yourself “I already know this” I’m gonna say you have to consciously aware of it at all times. People your age tend to think they know everything and have matured fully already but that couldnt be further from the truth. Theres an amount of pettiness and senseless strife/drama that lingers throughout high school that cant be denied. The utmost dependency on the use of text as a main form of communication as well as social networking sites does not make this any better. All I’m saying is if you really love her the way you claim you do having an open frequency of communication with her is an absolutely necessary aspect to be maintained. ---

Hey man, it’s a tough situation to be in and we’ve all been there but like John said, Pheros aren’t the answer, at least not a complete answer. It’s really down to you. Best thing is go with John’s advice. Also I might suggest just taking an hour or two to just clear your head. When you’re in the thick of emotions, it’s hard to think clearly about what’s best. ---

With regard to mones, Tish is right. You don’t want to use None, none is good for making a sexual vibe but only if the woman’s state of mind is open for that…after a fight None will seem aggressive so stay away from any of that. John is also right, it’s not like whatever mix you use will fix the problem. All it can do is help create a calming vibe, with a feeling of connection that will help make it a little easier for you to try and work things out. As for how to approach it…hard to say without knowing what the fight was about and what was said to get it to where things are. I will say that being emotion based as they are a lot times you can fix thing simply by shutting the fuck up and letting her go off on whatever she wants to say. Women are both more emotional than men, and more verbal as a result a lot of times all it takes to make her happy will be to let her talk and you listen. Just being able to express herself and knowing that she’s being heard can be enough. Now depending on how far she takes whatever she says and how much yelling or criticism you put up with is up to you. As for wanting to marry the girl. I fell in love when I was your age, head over heals, totally and completely crazy-go-nuts in love…it happened about 6 times over the course of my highschool years. The feelings are normal, with the amount of hormones in your body the need to pair bond with a female can be overwhelming and during the early stages of a relationship your body produces hormones and neurotransmitters that create an almost euphoric feeling when you’re with her. This is part of how we were designed by evolution. Evolution wants the male…and the couple in general to associate extreme joy with being with the other person because coupling that with the sex drive helps to ensure procreation and that the male will stay as a provider for the most vulnerable years of pregnancy and child rearing. These “puppy love” feelings do go away after a time sadly and you’re either left with a legitimate and real connection…or the realization that maybe in the long term you and the other person may not be right for each other. Thing is bro, you’re 15…I can promise you that unless you are emotionally damaged you will not be the same person in 2, 3, 6 or 7 years that you are today. Right now you’re barely out of childhood (not insulting you so please take no offense…I did still say you were OUT of it) in a year you’ll experience the freedom that comes with having a license and possibly your own car, later you may get your first real job and experience the responsibilities of having work, as well as the independence of having money that’s actually yours and not given to you by your parents. Then voting and the serious responsibility of being considered a legal adult, possibly (if your lucky) college where you get exposed to a whole new social circle. Then the adult workforce…and the whole time meeting one new person after another. It’s natural and expected that almost every year along the way you’ll be a different person than you were the prior year, likewise as time progresses she’ll be changing as well. And I’m not talking about simply knowing more information, the experience of being gradually given more freedom and responsibility, as well as meeting new people and being exposed to new thoughts and idea’s will have an effect on your personality, your ethics, worldview, life goals etc. Is it possible that the two of you can stay together forever?, yeah…but it’s a long shot. Is it possible you two could go your separate ways and then come back together and rekindle the romance you have now? Yeah…in fact I think that’s more likely. But the most likely and realistic is that eventually as you both grow up you’ll move on your separate ways. You meet (after several trial runs) the woman you actually will marry, she’ll meet another guy, but you never forget her and she always holds a special place in your memories as your first love. Having been your age I already know you’re reading this and thinking that I don’t know what I’m talking about, I don’t understand and that if I knew the whole situation I’d know just how real it is…that’s ok. Those thoughts and feelings are normal too. I don’t expect you to take this advice to heart right now. But I do think that if you really think about it and remember it later after you’ve had a few girlfriends and you see the pattern, you’ll be able to look at your life a bit more objectively and it will make future relationships a little bit easier. I do not agree with the rest of his opinion although I know its well meaning and I know where he is coming from. I am not going to give you advice on your relationship but I will give you the same advice as I gave both my sons when their friends influence any of their decisions even when its well meaning. **Never ever let anyone tell you how you should feel or whats right for you.** I am not talking about your parents and the rules they have set in their household. Those you respect because its there household and they are responsible for you. I am talking on a personal level. While your not a adult your not a little boy anymore either. What was right for some men at 15 may not be right for you. Hell I have known my husband since I was 14 and he was 16 and if we had listened to all the opinions of those around us and ignored our own feelings and instincts we would not be happily married for over 20 years. This is not to say that this girl is the “one”. I agree with RAD and most likely she is not but that thought is from a logical stand point. Its not to say your wont make mistakes. However the whole purpose of these life experiences, mistakes and all are the lessons they bring and how those lessons make us learn and grow into the adults we become. Its your journey, we can give our opinions but that doesnt make them right for you. We can guide you with advice from our own experiences but those are ours. We can even coach you but ultimately you have to choose whats right for you and experience it. We are not you. The only two people that can decide whats right for your relationship is you and your GF. I do suggest you read what RAD wrote and remember it. He is giving you excellent insights on what could happen from his experience that can make those pitfalls easier when and if they come. Only you can choose the path on your journey. I have to agree with everyone else here with an IG or A314 with anyone other combo will do great! I have used this example a thousand times before here but when I was officially calling quits on H, I just wore straight A314(2). When you have a presence of maturity and masculinity it can translate into a few different things depending on the situations. For her with this kind of talk she will see that you are mature and ready for serious change, that is how it worked for me! And I really hope for the best dude! I know exactly how you feel, I have been dating H for 4.5 yrs now and this summer really broke me into pieces, saying goodbye was the hardest thing for me to grasp with but I knew it was the only way for me to restore order in my life. Just so happened that my changed invoked extreme change in her! I can honestly say my results would have been different if I didn’t have A314 on! Best of luck man you’ll be great 🙂 ---

I do agree with the mixes that were suggested but your main combo here should be willingness to listen, caring, honesty and your personal charm. If you really care for the young lady and show you actually care for her you won’t even need a mix, by all means use the mones but your base mix should always be yourself. Look many of us have been married for many years (25 in my case) and found the One without Phoremones, food for though. I mainly use the mones for business and spice things up a little, but by no means they will ever replace my personality or your for that matter. Mones are a tool on your personal arsenal, they are not a solution. If you understand that you will be fine using them. That said I would use IH + IS (a tiny amount of IS)+IG. ---

Update: Alright well apparently she feels pretty bad about it she did some stupid mean things but mostly shes just been begging for me back and saying she loves me and is sorry. I haven’t hung out with her yet I just saw her and kept walking because I wasn’t in the mood. All of you have really changed my perception on things especially rad thank you. I’ll probably hangout with her tomorrow and use one of the mixes you guys gave me i’ll keep you posted 😃
