# Please help :P

Hi everyone, my name is Kenzie! I’m a 22 year old female. I am a new member obviously, and I decided to join because I had a party last night and the girl brought some [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and I could not get over them! I guess I might of registered to to forum a long time ago because it said my email was already registered, so I think I somehow came across this before lol 😛 I have known about them forever but never knew you could buy them like that!! So I decided to do a little research and came across this forum! Love all the advice and stuff! I would like some advice on which to try since I have never used them before beside my natural one. I’m really shy and it’s really hard for me to meet new friends, ESPECIALLY guys because I feel like their too shy to come up and talk to me ☹. So please help me find something that would enable me to be more approachable or so I can get the guts to go up and talk to the guy lol.

Hi Unrealzzz, its funny how the good looking among us become the shy ones. Everyone treats us with such high regard and thinks that if they talk to us we will shoot them down… in the end we’re left wondering.. I remember being like that when I was younger but then found out later when talking to women that they felt undeserving of my attention! In reality everyone is so centered on themselves they forget about what people around them are feeling, and that people are just that, people!

You found a great place to start learning about pheromones! You’d definitely would want to try out IO for social anxiety. It will increase the chattiness of people around you and encourage you to want to talk more. IS is also a good one, to help you radiate positivity, cheer up those around you, and draw attention.

There are some sexy products like [instant sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/)… try reading about it in the womens section and see if its for you! Also some more advanced products but I think you have enough to get started with 😉

Thats cool that you found out about pheromones during a party.Must have been a pretty fun party(^_^)Haha,though it would be interesting if everyone there tried them out(\>_\<)Pretty normal not to know about them since a lot of people dont give them a chance and try them out.Good that you found this forum,lots of helpful and friendly people.Along with lots of information to read(^\_^)

Hi there, Unrealzzz and welcome to the mone forum! The guys above have given you some solid advice and I do think that IO, IShine, and IS/b would be the best mones to get, in that order…

The stickies at the top of the women’s AND men’s sections will help you tremendously so that you can get the most out of the mones that you get. I think that the IO with it’s bubbly feel or IShine with it’s relaxed and comfortable vibe will help you out with pushing that shyness to one side while you go out and talk to others!! 🙂

I agree with you and I think I’ll start with the IO stuff..[Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) is a funny name lol…

looifokmeng..well it was more of a sleepover with my girlfriends 🙂  
I think I might try and overdose on the IO, I don’t think I ever get annoyed of too much talking haha, it’s probably because I do the same thing!!

1aplha..there are so many choices I don’t know what to try first!!

Welcome to pherotalk Unrealz!

There was a thread from one of the many lovely ladies who come on this forum who hardly got approached.

The thread led to the guys realizing that in being shy and not approaching the ladies it makes them feel insecure and gets them shy.

Is/b which makes you feel comfortable in your skin, sweet and soft and I really suggest you try it.

IO to ease you into conversation so am glad you are going to get that one.

Welcome 🙂 I’m quite new as well and started off with shine, sexiness and some perfume oils from somewhere else 😉 Shine is my fave atm, love the self effects and effects on others, although the sexiness really does work 😃
