A few weeks ago I ordered p83, p97 and IS. Being a custom order it takes abut a week to get made and sent. When the package was sent I tracked the shipment and made sure to be home when fed ex arrived. For some crazy reason the driver leaves the package at the door… This is NYC, and a bad area to boot. The package was gone in less than 15 minutes. I immediately feared the worst. I called fed ex and got the run around, I called AD and when I didn’t get someone on the line I admit I started to freak out a bit. I actually wrote a pretty snarky post. I eventually get in touch with Steve who tells me I had nothing to worry about and they would get the stuff to me! I was kind of floored. First off, Steve is just cool as hell, and second, I’ve had packages misdelivered and had most companies tell me “your problem”. Its why I rarely order anything online. I fully expected to have to repay and reorder if i wanted this stuff. My order just arrived and not only are the items I ordered in there, but so is a togo of p75! I mean, seriously?!??!? When have you ever heard of a company like this? i am literally floored here. Gobsmacked. Speachless. There are no words to express how cool I think AD, and Steve, are. But I am a customer FOR LIFE!!! ---

These guys are super awesome, no doubt about it! I wish they owned grocery stores and book stores and anything I ever want to buy stores because a world filled with more companies like this would be a much nicer world! ---

Absolutely agree. I came here for the pheromones, stayed for…well, the pheromones, but without the fantastic customer service I would probably be way less enthusiastic about how much money I throw at them. 😃 ---

It makes a difference. The products speak for themselves, at least in my experience, so I would still buy some of them regardless unless my customer experience was highly negative. But you guys have done a good job at being the kind of company I actually _enjoy_ my customer relationship with. That kind of brand loyalty means that I’m enthusiastic about buying new products that I wouldn’t otherwise investigate - which means that I find new things I like, which then makes me more enthusiastic about pheromones in general. It’s a positive feedback loop. 🆒 ---

I really agree with everyone here on this, best customer service I have had from any company by far, products are super cheap and if used right work wonders. 98% of companies need to take notes from you guys on how they could improve and who ever had the idea to use start using [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) in products thank you! I find my self using IS every day just because I love how it smells and girls love it too. ---

[Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) is fantastic and really goes with a lot of things, one of the reasons it was chosen if I recall.
