Hello all. 40 year old male in Washington DC. Was reading yahoo and they featured a pheromone article sponsored by ‘how stuff works’ which did an article on how phermones work and then linked you out to Dr. Amends Phermone Advantage. [How Life Works | Have Scientists Discovered a True 21st Century Love Potion?](http://www.howlifeworks.com/health_beauty/Are_Sex_Pheromones_a_True_21st_Century_Love_Potion_729/?AG_ID=719&cid=8088sb_news_rm) I have used one before to some success about the year a new German product called Pheromax came on the market boasting a second pheromone additive. The article (or ad) got me curious to see if science has advanced any since my experience with Pheromax. I googled which led me to this forum and I thought good way to see what is new on the market and if it is any better than the old. I’ve tried a couple others that were cheaper but only had positive reaction to Pheromax. I already have a good sense of humor and outgoing nature about me but when I heard the words ‘there is something about you when I am around you that makes me feel sexy and I cant put my finger on it’, I suspected there was something to this. I even found the smell of Pheromax very subtly sexy and it blended wll with the high end colognes I use so it was a winning combination. I want to see if any products since then have hit on any real science and was considering supplementing my colognes with them again. Has there been new [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) developed since the introduction of the two chemical Pheromax or are they still a combination of the same ingredients. I just want to know how far the chemical science has evolved recently. I know these are not magic bullets but if everything else is just right they can seal the deal. I performed a search and even though this was a sponsored link it appears to be neutral enough to maybe be infomative rather than just attempting to push a product. I think its a smart business model also, as if you know what the poeple prefer you know what to stock. I think we all want to smell irresistable, but use to much of the wrong one and you may end up smelling like urine. I dont want hype because these can be pricey and are no guarantee with every woman, but smell is a very powerful sense that can garner a very powerful reaction. This one male I was once best friends with when I was younger would sweat through his cologne and to me it would smell odd after he wore it out for a while but to women they dug him at that point, so it miixed with his chemistry well but smelled funky to me. I dont have alot of experience here and am perplexed on how some seem to work on both sexes. I liked the smell of Pheromax and had enough proof that women did also when mixed with my cologne and we got close. The ones I tried after were cheaper and miserable failures. So I want to know what has changed since then. We all have run across that person with an intoxicating smell and I imagine the high end colognes have a bit of pheromones in them, I could be wrong, but I am here to learn. I have just been using mostly french cologne or eau de tollete as I think its the best, like Belgium chocolate! Its all very curious to me. So what has changed since then? Hello Dulles, welcome to the forum! Good evening, and thanks for the introduction, I really don’t know anything about Pheromax to make an comparison with any of these products. It does seemed you did experience some success while using this product, thus I can’t speak upon the advancement over the years. The good part is you have found a company that seels products nthat work. Alot of people have bad first experiences.
