Hi,

I was reading with interest some of the posts describing self-effects by women, especially for those who experiment with the traditionally male [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). It’s very interesting to get the ‘other’ view.

I have a small suggestion: would it be possible that as well as dosage, application points, self-effect and other’s effects **could you also add at what point in your cycle you are** when you report?

It’s known that certain pheromones cause different effects depending on the point in the menstrual cycle (pre-ovulation, ovulating, post-ovulation, menstruating, etc). It would help better understand which ones work, in what way, and which ones to steer away from. For example: [Beta androstenol , who is rich in it?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/beta-androstenol-who-is-rich-in-it/26603)
Yes? No? Don’t care?
