It does, but even with their seemingly infinite pot of money the giant businesses also can’t afford this kind of nonsense. Investors and smart business people alike won’t play with such levels of uncertainty. ---

You can’t claim you don’t know the dangers since we only advertise the forum and reject users who won’t participate. Paypal now takes under 18s? That’s a tougher one, but we already have a checkout agreement that should cover that. I’ll check. You can’t be 100% kid proof, but you have to try your best to be to show good faith under the law. If you’re implying you’re under 18, you now need to prove parental permission. ---

That’s the way the US works, not me. What ebay does is up to them. Same with amazon. If we sold on either, they’d take the liability hit for selling to the wrong people I’m sure, since they would then be the seller that’s in error. We don’t have the resources they do. You can’t compare us since many small businesses cannot afford the legal assistance the big ones can. Maybe in the new cart we can make a social level that excludes chems like androstenone, a1, etc. Some parents have bought social stuff for kids, but most wouldn’t want them using anything hairier. Our new cart is a little smarter. I’ll have to ask the lawyer what might be okay for the Androtics reboot. For now, get your parents to fax in a signed permission note.
