Hey guy this is my first post so I am going to keep this short. I just purchased some ammo 1x and a314b both to-go bottles. Now there’s this girl that I work with, she’s cool but seems timid and shy. We sit together at coffee break and lunch but there are two other guys with us at both those times. We don’t talk a whole lot but we do make small talk and laugh at some stuff but it’s normally short answers from her and no flirtyness whatsoever so it would be obvious if I were to receive a “hit”. So today I started with my pheros. I sprayed 2 sprays of ammo, 1 shot on each side of my lower neck and 1 spray or the a314 on my wrist and rubbed them together along my forearms. Didn’t notice anything as far as respect or number 1 alpha in the room and no hits from her from the ammo. It’s hard for me to believe I OD’ed being that I did only 2 sprays of ammo and 1 of a314. The stuff does smell great. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a nice pleasant smell but the a314 smells awesome. I only have these two items hopefully I’ll get more once I get my gift certificate but as of right now does my ratio seem okay? Any feedback is appreciated ---

You did this at work - that’s almost certainly the reason. I agree its probably not OD - 2 sprays standard Ammo on a 28yr old is in a perfectly viable dose range. People tend to keep a much tighter rein on their feelings/responses where it matters at work - Maybe cut back the Ammo and use just the A314 to begin with instead. This will build status with her and with others but more gradually, so stick to one spray for a week or two, then up it to two and see what starts to happen. Even then it can take a few weeks to start seeing reasonable results but once the ball starts to roll…! 🙂 At the same time, work on the lady in all the right attractive ways - and look for a way to take this outside of work or to a work party or similar. Then introduce a more sexual signature when she can let her hair down and respond to you more freely. Saying that, one or two sprays of Ammo will not be overkill at work as its a good balanced product. Another thing to bear in mind is that shy women can react poorly to A314 - yes some will warm to your status and want you to take the lead but others can become more cowed and unresponsive when confronted with a mature status sig. In those cases, a more social/engaging product like IO, IG, or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) might be a better choice around them. Instant Shine will actually do very well for steering A314 in the workplace but personally I’d advise you to avoid mixing IO and A314 at all costs as they weaken each other very effectively. ---

Thank you for your response mobocaster! So you said use just the a314 at work without the ammo or just do the a314 with IS, now but wouldn’t the ammo give off a better more “sexy fun” sig instead of a more serious vibe? ---

It would indeed - but for a lot of women, “more sexy fun” is not always the best idea at work. They are wanting to be seen as demure/professional and capable, not a creature of passion or a subject of gossip. In these situations, otherwise normal/positive sexual reactions can be turned back on themselves and get you ghosted or angry/testy responses instead. That’s why sexuals almost always go better in a fun/uninhibited environment. A more laid-back workplace can be more sexual-friendly though. A small amount of Ammo is viable but an attractive status vibe or a social/smart feel will tickle her fancy in other ways - and for women, esp younger women, attraction is stimulated by a wide range of traits, not just straight-up sexual so you won’t do yourself any harm there. A314 also signals high quality very effectively - which marks you out as something different. Just remember to introduce the sexual when things get more playful. 🙂 Regular exposure to A314/IS also has some deeper connecting/bonding/memory properties that can be very useful too. They take a while to build-up but are well worth trying. 🙂
