**A quick estimation for Nol**

The Op’s signature (25 Asian male) would be 1-2-1

With -Nol added it would be something like…  
1-2-2 or 1-2-3

And the order becomes  
Asian -\> white -\> black -\> Hispanic

From current info, we know whites and blacks don’t respond well to eRone so the Nol must be offsetting the ERone in this case for the whites, but not the blacks.  
Hispanics don’t respond well here to -Nol so Hispanics either have low -Nol or the Nol offsets the eNone and eRone.

Current ratios

White: 1-1-1  
Hispanic: 2-3-1  
Black: 3-1-1  
Asian: 1-2-1

According to the Op’s findings it could be these become..

White: 1-1-2  
Hispanic: 2-3-1  
Black: 3-1-1  
Asian: 1-2-3

If this is true then my ratio becomes..  
50% white, 25% Asian, 25% black

1/2 1-1-2  
1/4 1-2-3  
1/4. 3-1-1

0.5-0.5-1  
0.25-0.5-0.75  
0.75-0.25-0.25

1.5-1.25-2
