I’ve been using P83 and P79 with Turn Up The Heat, Instant Shine and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) for my night time with my wife magic mix. I’ve used this mix for several months now, but only on occasions where I know we’ll be alone for awhile. Lately, it seems that this combo has lost its effects. Has anyone had same results? If my wife and I don’t “get to business” I usually don’t sleep. Anxiety? Or just pissed off that I wasted my pheromone, HA HA. And she is very restless herself. Just the other night she keep getting out of bed and raising hell with the kids(teenagers). She did have a bad dream, unlike the “good” dreams I reported having while using this mix, if I fall asleep.

1 spray P79 50mcg
1 spray P83 50mcg
2-3 sprays Turn Up The Heat
1-2 sprays IShine
2 sprays Instant Female Magic

I would like to here from others using similar mixes, Thanks

I dont use a similar mix of course but I suggest not using the same thing over and over for prolonged periods of time.

Here is why…

Just like before you wore [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) your wife got used to your natural pheromone sig. Your still “into each other” but things become routine after a while.

She is now becoming accustomed to your pheromone mix and although it still probably arouses her its routine.

When you change your sig around alot it keeps things fresh and new. Its a new feeling your projecting.

I switch mine around all the time so that my husband cant get used to it.

Do you have any other products you can play around with thatwill help you change the vibe somewhat ?

You may also want to consider laying off on the high dosages of p79 near bed time to avoid restlessness. Or at least until you are certain things will happen. I’ve noticed so much groupthink on this forum lately regarding p79, just write it off as an “intensifier” and move on. Kind of a shame, its a fun - tho inconsistent - [pheromone](https://a314.com/). Every time I have tried it at 40+mcg people who are not doing something go into a restless/agitated state. Imagine a 3rd grader at school with a massive sugar rush - shaking legs, tapping fingers on desk, that sort of thing. It’s a “gotta do SOMETHING” action pheromone. Insomnia with this pheromone must be truly horrific.

EDIT:
“just write it off as an ‘intensifier’ and move on” is the common groupthink I’ve seen recently, and is NOT my view. I didn’t make this distinction clear enough as I should have.

P79 is NOT an intensifier. Its like MSG and should be used judiciously.

Well its still in testing so you really cant say its NOT a intensifier but I agree I think there is alot more to P79 then intensity and focus. I feel it depends on the mix you wear it with in most cases. It seems to enhance.

Here is the closet Jas will come to saying what it is without spilling the testing beans LOL

> Anyhoo, [P79](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for some people is a fantastic _momentum builder_. Both [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and [P79](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are great for focus, but they’re two different kinds of focus.

Thanks for the replies.

Tisha, very good advice, I do have a few other pheromones and I’ll try someting different.

I guess what Scaro and Jasmin are saying relate to each other in the sense that the use of P79 is dependent on your mood, thus the inconsistantcy. Scaro has also described my wife’s behavior when I use P79 from time to time. It’s either action or agitation/agravation.

Thanks again for the help.

It could also be the high dosage of turn up the heat. When I use heat, I have a very hard time falling asleep and when I finally do, It is an unrestful, almost awake type sleep and have very wild dreams.
Last night I was wearing 2 drops A314, 4 sprays IS, 2 sprays (30mcg) p74, 2 sprays (30mcg) p83, and 1 spray heat. They were applyed at 6PM and I finally Fell asleep at around 4AM.

From what I know new version of TUTH contains P79 among 8 or so other pheromones apart from -none.

If P79 is an intensifier, -none is even more so…I think every pheromone is an intensifier/amplifier of some sort…they take something that’s there and dial it up!

P79 is one of the most consistent pheromones for making me want to debate or speak up when I would normally let something go. It might help with focus too as it does for me in combination with TAF, but that hasn’t been as consistent effect as the desire to keep discussing until you get your point across.

When testing out putatives, they are pheromones, right? So…should I spend the week just using only the putative? or…should I add it to my mix and see if there are IOIs that seem different when not using a putative.

I want to try P83, 79 and 74.

Some are, some are not. They are molecules suspected to act like pheromones.

Like I said they are sometimes tough to test but dont get frustrated. Take about a week and start with a few sprays. Putatives are different then the other products and in most cases you need more to see the results.

So start with like 3 sprays. Try to use the hot spots on your body that normally work the best for you with the other products. I have used as much as 7 or 8 sprays of a putative while testing to try to get a good feel for it.

Record any self effects you get and of course effects from others. Keep in mind all hits wont be sexual in nature or social in nature. Look for anything out of the ordinary. Even odd things like people consistantly singing more or laughing more. (these are just examples). Look for consistancy though.

Alot of the time you will need more then the standard dose you use with other products so try a few mega doses.

Then start using it with a consumer product your familar with and see if it adds or subtracts anything to that. This only works if your very familar with the consumer product and know exactly how it works for you.

Be sure to report even if you get no results.

Good luck

Tisha

I thought they stuck with the 1.0 version in 2 strengths which does have a few modifiers but is still basically straight Androstenone with a EO cover. But I didnt know it had 8 other pheromones in it. I thought that was 1.1 Interesting, it is the one consumer with no pheromone description in the store.

Thanks for the info 😉

> **MHarris** v1.0 of [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) is the world’s first dosed -none product. It’s just 5mcg -none per spray, some diffusion enhancers, and a very small, but apparent amount of an erotic essential oil blend. Very simple.
>
> The new version v1.1 has 3 dosage + price tiers. The first tier contains 2.5mcg -none, the second 5mcg, and the third 7.5mcg. Then there’s the modifiers.
>
> The expanded dosage tiers will let you buy the right amount for your age and temperament. Younger people can get a “lighter” product, and older ones or those who want a “wild ride” can opt for a stronger one.
>
> The modifiers are small amounts of sexual + corrective pheromones, that helps to steer and, hopefully, improve the -none effect for the greatest number of users. They’re what I often added myself, but in smaller quantities, so they don’t overwhelm the -none effect itself. [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) is still basically dosed -none.
