I bought Dance Central 3 a few weeks ago (if you’ve ever played a Dance Central game on hard mode, you know why I count this as exercising, lol) and I usually reapply one of my phermones before I got out because I feel like I’ve sweat them off. Anyway, I work at a place that sells Xbox games and one day when I went in we were demoing DC3 in store. So, I went, danced for a while, started sweating and just assumed I’d sweated off the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) I’d put on before going into work. I was feeling sweaty and self-conscious, but as soon as I stood next to one of my managers, she said “wow, you smell good, what are you wearing?”

To be fair, I’d gotten a few compliments on how I smelled from other people before, but just a few coworkers with, what I assumed were, sensitive noses. This was the first time this particular person had said anything. Did I have it the wrong way? Does sweating actually make the phermones stronger or something? I’m still pretty new to this (only been wearing them for a couple of months now), and I was never a big perfume person before that. So, there’s still a lot I don’t know.

Sweating usually will wash them away. However the rate of diffusion all depends on temperature, so if you got hot while playing dance central then you probably increased the rate at which they were diffusing so that’s probably why he could smell it, but keep in mind shine usually only lasts a couple hours under normal diffusion so if you are increasing body temperature or in a hot environment then it won’t last nearly as long.

Unless your sweating profusely it wont wash the mones totally away. It can make them diffuse faster because your hot and the body is trying to regulate through sweat and evaporation. This usually occurs after you have been sweating though. So after exercise.

Sweat also mixes your natural signature with what your wearing.

Sweat doesn’t make them stronger it just makes them diffuse faster thus they hit harder.

Keep in mind the scent has little to do with the signal mones are sending. The scent just acts as a carrier. So absence of it or someone noticing it is not an indication your mones are working.
