# Q. ? Best Combination/ Mix AMMO &TUTH ??

Hi Pro Pheros,

I just got my AMMO and freebie TUTH… Used 2 sprays of ammo @ first day… Too early to say results… 🙄

I would love to test both @ once… Daytime…  
So any suggestions abt amounts/ dosage?😉😃😉

I suggest you still stick with just AMMO until you find your sweet spot, and definitely after you find your TUTH sweet spot as this one is more delicate to ghosting or -none negative side effects if you don’t get your TUTH dosage correctly.

A good AMMO and TUTH mix _for me_ personally (using regular AMMO as an example) would be two sprays of each. However, this may differ from person to person. And for you I highly suggest adding IO or IO and IH with a combo like that if you’re especially going to be around women you really don’t know yet.

If you use both together, that will be too much androstenone.

Like MR said, stick to AMMO for a few days to understand the result and the right number of spray. Try 1 spray for a few days, go around and observe the reaction, body language, eye contact and so on. The do the same for 2 sprays and so on.

TUTH is good after the girl is comfortable and close to you.

Hello Yuwan,  
I agree with Mikotorocks714 and Jamesbonded, that it’s better that you first find your sweet spot with each of them first. The reason is that on this way, you’ll learn which dosage is more suitable for you. Remember that too low and too much pheros, don’t give satisfying results, with the results of a bad combination, and mush wasted Pheros. Moreover, both AMMO and TUTH have Androstenone, and you risk to go down with too much of it. The results would be that you’d scare the girls away. personally, I prefer TUTH than AMMO, but it’s just my point of view (for me 1 spray is enough).
