Ok so for some reason I’m the only one in my family that sweats alot… i use anti perspirant everyday, iv tried speed sticks, right gaurds, axe, and some other brands but can’t seem to find one that stops me from geting nasty wet pit t shirts. it stops me from wearing white shirts, which i look great in! ☹ so i guess if anyone else sweats like this or used to, got any solutions? this is my last step before going to the doctor and seeing if they can give me some crazy anti perspirant that has 3% chance of killing me or something( thats a joke 😛). thanks -nate ---

anythingt hat contains alum. that will shrink your sweat pores, not clog them. I use the crystal deodorant, which is basically an alum crystal. I cant recall the brand that my wife uses, but you apply it at night, and it does the same thing. ---

I kinda have this problem. “Hyperdriosis” is usually it’s name. I initially thought I could pull of white shirts anyway because the ones I have barely ever show when I’m sweating, but after a couple wears and sweat stains, enough was enough and I became frustrated. I use Certain-Dri… you put it on at night, shower in the morning like usual, then put on your choice of deodorant/anti-perspirant (or combo). It’s supposed to last 72hrs but I put it on every night… pretty simple to do. Initially this was a huge success, and the first week with this stuff I was literally happy all the time just from realizing that my 'pits were dry. Eventually these starter effects seemed to fade away… either that or I was only comparatively dry to before I used CD, and now I was noticing how it wasn’t quite perfect yet. About the same time I gave up caffeine (and went from the equivalent of 3-4 energy drinks a day to none at all), and noticed that I was actually “normal” for once. I read that caffeine can make this problem bad, and I guess in my case this was a pretty big culprit. Now I can wear gray shirts even! I’ve bleached out all my white shirts and am wearing them again happily. I’ve even backed down on the dosage when it “becomes a problem.” ie. if I’m at an overnight party, I don’t worry about getting my Certain-Dri because skipping a day doesn’t affect me anymore. And I don’t even use a combo deo/ap during the day either (I was using Degree)… I’ve gone to a solo deodorant. But yeah, there are some more permanent fixes out there. Botox is one, although it’s temporary in the sense that you need new injections every year or longer (or sooner). I’ve also heard liposuction is another option, but this is basically permanent and more drastic of a measure too. And then doctors can prescribe something which is basically Certain-Dri but with a higher concentration. I know I’m probably gonna get some of that eventually but I’m in no rush. ---

awesome! thanks, yeah the botox and stuff a lil crazy if i do say so, and i do lol. i’ll have to give CD a try, can be found at local fred myers? or something orderd from the internet? i don’t think caffeine is my problem,i maybe have a coffee monday and tuesday, and a energy drink some monday nights, work and school from 9 am monday to 10 pm monday, work graveyard monday night to tuesday 8 am, then work tuesday night 4 -9 lol. Thanks ima give this a try ---

Hey Nate, I mentioned yesterday I sweat too, profusely. But not so much in the pits, but places like my forehead the back and front of my neck. It’s like my scalp is being poured down with droplets of H20. It’s aggravating. I remind me of those old cola cola commercials and the actor is wiping the cold coke bottle across hie forehead and a sigh of relief comes over him!! ahhhhhh.. I’m also a freelance photographer, and have done event coverage like sport games and weddings. And I sweat like a monster. I’m swiping with a hanker chief all over my face and neck areas, does any one else have this problem? Do I wipe away the mones by doing so much swiping? Is there a solution to that? Feedback!? Im not to sure, i would imagine if you were sweating from pours that [pheromones](https://a314.com/) have been squirted onto that it might wash some away, Id have to suggest testing it, try a few days with them on places you don’t wipe of sweat, see reaction , then few days where you do wipe it, but keep wiping like normal. make sure you use same dosage! xD
