Most [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are gone before you hit the shower and if not wash right off with soap and water. There are a few stickier molecules though. Anone being the main one. As Warren suggested Peroxide on a cotton rubbed over your application points will remove build up. You can also use witch hazel. Many people get pheromone on there cloths though. Using a detergent that oxidizes get that out.
