# Question about cttm oil.

I plan on buying this soon as I need a social, but before I do Id like to know if it would beta down my a314 and p75.

Not so much that it will beta-down your A314, its more that the large amount of Alphanol in CTTM will wipe it out completely.

If you want a social moderator for A314, IH or IS are IME far better and less damaging overall, or P74.

Your [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) however will be fine, it does very well with socials, 🙂

If you tend to OD easier on Enone product like TUTH, are muscular/ workout a lot, have sex a lot, then you should find using CTTM added quite handy to help reduce the intimidation and make you appear more friendly and approachable. Just using enough to buffer the signature a bit.

If you have lower testosterone, are out of shape, use a lot of TUTH then you will find that you need more of the A314 and less of the socials to best keep in balance. IH or IS as Mobo mentioned are just lower impact for example then CTTM. P96 works for me anytime I have too much enone or intimidation, there are many ways to do the same thing.

Its just a balance, you dont want so much alpha or status that you come off too intimidating and dominant or standoffish and make the youngins run away unless your a gang leader lol.. You dont want so much socials that you are too friendly and status makes you appear more weak. You should find the best results somewhere in the middle.
