# Question about Overdosing...

I know it’s fairly easy to OD on -none for most young people, but I was wondering if it was possible to OD on other [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and if so, what the effects would be.

I’m talking primarily about the social sprays like IO and IS. Could there ever be a negative reaction by putting on too much of those?

With too much IO you get verbal diarrhea, non stop.

I get headaches with IS.

that’s not that bad. I was just hoping for nothing like ODing on androstenone.

A314 - Too much of that will make you unapproachable  
IS - I’ve gotten headaches around 90 mcgs (6 sprays)  
IH - Too much I just start revealing dumb shit when I shouldnt

i put on 3 sprays of 2x strength IH (the most i’ve tried) and this girl at my work said something that really turned me on, and i have self control but at that point i had to walk around and count to 10 because i was really into her at that moment. i blame the IH because i am just not like that without it.
