I finally found my gift certificate for saying hello (which it worked out well, since I had a lot of time to choose which [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) I wanted to try first) However, I also have reward points and I was wondering if I could use the reward points and the gift cert on one purchase? Or I’m wondering how to do it if it _is_ an option 😕 ---

Yes, you can. When you’re on the shopping cart and going to the payments on the checkout, select the bubble button for New User Gift Certificate, go next and apply the code. Then, do the same, with the bubble button at the bottom of the list, the Points, then, apply the points that you have and continue. 1Alpha . ---

Mkay, it has a place where I can put the gc in and then hit continue. I’m guessing that will take me to the confirmation page. I don’t see another bubble button.. I’m pretty stupid too though. Will it be there before confirmation? Do I go back somewhere? ---

If your GC doesn’t cover the entire balance, you will be redirected to the payment screen to select the next payment method to cover the remaining balance. Here you will select the points, if you do not have enough points you’ll be redirected a third time to the payment screen for the remainder. Note, do NOT empty your cart with the GC applied, if you do it will be counted as ‘used’ and go away and you’ll have to contact customer service for it to be reset… had that problem happen to me haha when I used mine. ---

Ooh thanks for that too. It does say the products I selected are not allowed to be paid for via reward points though. I guess I’ll have to wait a few more days and then just pay for it. The gc helped a lot so it’s not so bad. ---

Is it just the shipping value that it won’t cover? Points won’t cover shipping, other than that I dunno. I was able to use my GC with points when I had recieved it, and I’ve used points fine alone too but never had an issue like that but I do know they won’t apply to shipping. ---

Hrmm I dunno, never used the cart system they are using, could be some of their moduels not agreeing. Worry not, you’ll be back for more and can use them then. This stupid pair of sites is costing me a fortune hahaha. ---

I bit my lip and removed the gc so I could use the points first.. It worked out fine. Yay me!! I can’t wait 😃 ---

I got my shipment today!! It was super fast. It had kinda leaked in the envelope but it’s all good because there was an extra little gift inside (p130?). I’m so stoked. There was a note on the invoice that said “Stay cool” 😃 I will!! lol ---
