Not in the normal [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) OD sense, No. When people mention OD they mean an extreme reaction that’s not what you are expecting and in some cases the opposite of what was intended: in the case of A314 an OD would make the perception of distance and aloofness so great that people shy away from you and ignore you. In the case of TUTH it’d be coming across as an aggressive/horndog/jerk/ and turning people off instead of turning them on.

With the socials, the only equivalent to OD is that they can end up making you (or your intended target) feel “burnt-out” out after a while. Just like too much coffee, eventually your body (neurotransmitters) need to recover from all the excitation. For example too much IO means that instead of getting “interesting and chatty” over a long evening from those around you, you end up getting “verbal nonsense and mile-a-minute blah blah” for an hour then they get a ‘crash’ and end-up feeling worn out.

What oom mentioned is pretty correct. One time I was wearing CTTM with IJ at work and my co-workers and I were just goofing around while working laughing up a storm and just plain having a great conversation, but then suddenly we started getting lazy and everyone around me that was part of the chatter were also drained. We didn’t feel like working, that’s how drained we were. However, I haven’t seen that happen again, will have to give it another go.

As far as an IH OD, I really can’t picture anything negative by OD on it. With Alpha Androstenol I have noticed that it can also kind of “soften” you up too much (if you over do it) and make you an easy target or make you seem annoying because of all the lightness of it all. However, that’s my opinion as I’m sure others have their own descriptions as far as social OD goes.

That’s why everything is all about balance, and about trying to keep equal amounts of each product or some at a ratio a tad bit higher than the last. For example I like to keep a ratio of socials just a bit higher than the sexual [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for softening sakes/making it approachable without removing the sexual seriousness of the sexual pheromones like -none (TUTH and IJ.)

I think I heard a downer of two much IH was it makes you more… “beta male” I think it was whatever that means 🙂

wearing a lot of IH doesn’t make you beta. It is more about how you carry yourself. I don’t know about IO, but you can really make it work, if you act confident and assertive even without [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or A314.

Sometimes, wearing military or firemen uniform alone makes girls think of you as a high value male with confidence that you can get away with IH or IS without anone products

there tend to be two meanings of OD. There is OD in the sense of “wearing too much to an extent that causes bad effects” such as none causing aggression towards you. There is also OD in the sense of a literal overdose, which can cause ghosting (people treating you like you’re not there), or people to treat you like you are wearing no pheromones. This is because the VNO gets overloaded from too many pheromones and doesn’t understand.
I have noticed feeling a downer after too much IH (ie, the first kind), but no amount of socials have ever caused ghosting or other people to act like I am wearing no pheromones the way I have gotten from wearing too much none.

CTTM2 is pretty good too… again, it doesn’t make you beta, just like wearing A314 or Ammo don’t necessarily make you alpha. In fact, wearing masculine mones and acting SHY, UNASSERTIVE and UNCONFIDEnT will make you appear **CREEPY**.
