# Question about spraying to the chest.

Well ok, it’s pretty straight forward. I heard that -none products are really hard to get out from hair and generally should not be sprayed there. I have hair on my chest, not a forest but a significant amount. What I want to know if I should spray there products like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Also any other advice is appreciated. Thanks!

One or two sprays of ammo will do fine on your chest. I wash with normal soap everyday for shower, and never had too much excess -none related bad reactions from people

why dont you wax or nair your chest?
