I’ve read numerous posts that suggest that [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Ammo should be sprayed about 3-5 times… My question is, if I purchase the double strength version of Ammo (didn’t see if there is a double strength version of IS), would that only require 1 or 2 sprays? BTW, I’m 23 and a Bad Ass 😃 ---

I would recommend that you stick with the normal strength Ammo since your still in your 20’s, you can overdoes easliy but if you want to get double strength then when applying apply small amounts. I have got great results from using 2 sprays of Ammo (normal strength) and 2 - 4 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Btw you can purchase double strength Instant Shine. ---

Ammo has 7.5 mcg’s of [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) content. 2.5 of those are from none. If you get double strength your doubling the mone content and you will need less sprays to see a reaction. How many exactly depends on how much you need to see a reaction with the regular strength. Suppose you normally need 4 well then you would only need 2 of DS Ammo. If you end up needing only 1 it could be a pain in the butt because then you will have to use a half spray of double strength. It is best to discover your sweet spot with the regular strength first. If you find you need alot to get a reaction then upgrade next time. Tisha ---

For most folks a little goes a long way. It’s not uncommon for a true badass in the prime of physical fitness to OD even on one spray. In such cases you naturally produce more than enough androstenone and should stick to friendly pheromones like WAGG, Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), CTTM and IS. Anything with lots of androstenol is good. The combination of your natural stank and artificial friendly mones can be a real winner. ---

Do ammo and instant shine have androstenol in them? And I think I give off more androstenone than is good for me naturally… I feel like people are just intimidated by me most of the time, even my boss haha ---

Ammo has 3 active [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) in it. One could be nols but I am not sure. But we do know that none is in it for sure. Shine is TAA If you think you make alot of none then start with just a small amount of Ammo and work up. Its been reported that its a good all round product and probaly one of the other 2 mones in it buffers the none. Tisha ---

As I recall Ammo has sorta an enhanced Alter Ego pheromone array with androstenone, androstenol and androsterone, plus a “secret” ingredient (TAA or TAL?). For an OF it offers a nice balance of social and sexual mones, ideal for work and walk-around. ---

I think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 1.0 has -none, -rone and -nol and Ammo 1.5 has added TAA to those three. ---

I’ve ordered a bottle of Ammo a few weeks ago and I got version 1.0. Maybe you have to add a note to your order when you want to get v1.5?
