# Question about taking days off

If you are wearing a specific mix Mon-Fri (Shine, MX300), and you always take Sat & Sun off from that mix, is it ok to wear something else (like Spaceland), or do you need to totally be off mones for those two days?

Anyone?

Taking a phero break means \*taking a phero break…\*not wearing a different one 😉

Basically it’s done to prevent your neurotransmitters to deplete & give you a chance to replenish the stores 🙂

I don’t understand… what happens to your neurotransmitters if you wear pheros all the time? And does it stop them from working?

No, they just get “Fatigued” from the same input day after day. You need to take a break to let them rest (think of it as waxy buildup for the brain!)

But what if you are not wearing them for the effect they have on you, but for the effect they have on others?
