# question about the different experimental products

so if i understand it correctly, the MX series are mixes of old [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) allready used in other products and the putatives are new pheromones, and what are the TA series?

The TA serie is the raw pheromones, like taa is the ingredient of ishine, tal and tah are ingredients of many lady [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) here. They are just not name like -none -rone -nol, at least not yet 😉

That’s right and the Putatives by definition are unknown molecules. They have potential to be a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/), but they may be nothing. The Experimones are raw molecules as well.

The MX’s are experimental test mixes using raw molecules to make up a mix. They show promise of maybe one day becoming a retail product, or maybe not. It’s the beauty of the research 😃
