I wear contacts when I go out, but I wear glasses to study in the library. Does wearing glasses negate my possible gain with pheremone? ---

Do you mean you are wearing drinking glasses on your body in some way? I know that is an odd question, but no more odd in asking if glasses can somehow negate the effects of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). 🙂 Short answer: no. I am curious, why would you think that? It makes me want to suggest that you spend an hour reading this forum before you do anything else. It would be beneficial for you, no question. ---

I meant, I wear one of those dark-framed, sherlock-holmes-type eye glasses instead of contact lenses when I go to a library or coffee shop to read some books or study. Drinking glasses? Where did you get that idea??? I am just wondering, by wearing glasses instead of contacts, will that diminish the effect of pheremones? People say I look much better without glasses so… So all in all, I mgiht not be gaining any edge by wearing glasses, right? ---

The drinking glasses was my way of trying to be equally absurd. I guess what you are saying that if you wear these glasses in general, you feel they are repellant toward women? ---

I think it depends on the females that you are trying to attract. I have had some women in various points in my life that reacted VERY positively to glasses. I think more importantly than anything YOU have to feel good about how you look. What you may want to consider if you don’t like your frames is getting a new pair. When I was in college in the 90’s “geek chic” was all the rage and a lot of guys were wearing glasses, etc. Unfortunately, as a younger guy, to appeal to the younger women I’m assuming you’re going for, you have to know what they are into at the time. The important thing, especially with eyewear is how YOU feel about it. I’ve had glasses that I have loathed wearing and it has been my experience in general that people react differently to me when I’m wearing glasses as opposed to contacts. If $ is an issue you may want to look into getting a prescription and ordering online. I paid like $400 for a pair of glasses that I ordered thru an optometrist (and that was after my Vision insurance). I ordered a pair online and paid $70 with glare protection, etc and they are a far more stylish pair of frames. ---

this reminds me.. i need to go to the eye doctor and get my eyes checked. i know i do need glasses… and they normally look pretty good on me (depending on the frame) as for your question tho.. the glasses will not enhance or decrease the effectiveness of the pheros. you will need to work harder if you dislike yourself in those glasses. that type of thought process is projected out and people will pick up on that. find some better frames that are more suited for your style that you can wear all the time. i personally like girls who wear glasses, and i know there’s a lot of good looking females that like guys in glasses too. the right pair of frames can make you look distinguished and classy, which is something that a lot of women want. the wrong pair can make you look like an uberdork. good luck! ---

I’ve worn mones with and without sunglasses and they make no difference in general responses. Well, my Maui Jim seem to get more hits than my Revo and Ray Bans. I’d equate it to the importance of wearing a nice cologne or a kickin’ shirt. Draws a little attention initially but not very significant in the long run. For consistent success, your overall persona and appearance must agree with your mone signature. Small details like type of shoes, glasses, hair length, etc., are minor considerations and, besides, are subject to diverse personal taste.
