If you mix a couple different products in the same bottle, will they still be as effective or will the different effects get diluted and lose potency?

If I’m travelling, for instance, and don’t want to take 3 bottles along, I could make up a mix of Instant Sexiness, Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and just put it in a small atomizer. That would be really convenient but I don’t want to do it if it will cause the products to lose their effects.

Is this something anyone has tried? I could really use some advice 🙂

Yes, if you mix several products in the same bottle, each individual product will be diluted. You’d need to use more sprays. For example…

If you usually use 1 spray of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), 2 sprays of Instant Sexiness, and 3 sprays of Instant Shine, you’d need to mix in a 1:2:3 ratio. You’d need to divide the atomizer into six sections… with a ruler, if you want to be exact. Fill it to the third line (halfway) with Instant Shine, to the fifth line with Instant Sexiness (two sections worth) and to the top with Instant Honesty (one section). You’d still need to use six sprays of this mix, since it’d be diluted. And it’d be tailored to your actual ratios and products of choice.

I wouldn’t recommend you do this though. You’d have no control over your daily mix. I like to switch it up depending on my mood. Maybe I feel like loading up on Instant Honesty today. Maybe I just feel like a little bit of Shine. It’s all out the window when you mix it.

Well there your products so you can do what ever you like with them LOL

But no its NOT recommended that you mix the instant line in the same bottle. They are ment to be stand alone products or to be layered. If you mix them you dont only dilute it you change the ratio of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and it can effect the effectiveness of the products. If you layer them they really dont mix on your skin.

Tealeave has a good point about not having control over what you want to use on a daily bases to.

Also suppose you mix something then it dosnt work out. You just wasted some expensive pheromones.

If you want to make your own mixes once you have some experience I suggest the putatives and the experimones.

Thanks Tealeaves and Tisha! You both make some good points. It sounds like mixing them in the same bottle might be more trouble than it’s worth. Plus, like Tisha said, if it didn’t work out, it would be wasted. Oh well, it was just an idea. I think I’ll stick with layering for the time being! 🙂
