I’ve seen that some aromatherapy people don’t apply their oil mixes to either their skin or clothes, but to various kinds of jewelry, like pendents that have absorbent pads in them, etc… Has anyone tried anything like this with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)? I’m wondering if having the pheromones completely isolated from the skin might keep things like -none from developing a smell longer, possibly even allowing you to use more without a major fear of OD. Does -none on clothes take a lot longer to develop a smell than -none on skin?

Perhaps this might also make for an easy “quick change” to a different pheromone mix. Make a pit-stop in the bathroom, take off one pendent, put in air-tight plastic bag in pocket, exchange for identical pendent with different mix from same bag.

Thanks,
T

I don’t know. You could try it. From what I’ve read, for those who are sensitive, androstenone stinks just as badly on hair or clothing as on skin, and lasts longer. Ditto copulins.

Here’s some advice. Never apply pheromones directly to your clothes.

As for the scent diffusion pendants, they work nicely as long as you don’t overdose when you apply the pheromones. It does help slow down or prevent conversion to other pheromones and eventually androstenone, from what I understand. But some molecules are very sticky, so the heat of your skin helps them diffuse, whereas this wouldn’t be quite so effective for that…
