# questions about mixing and od from a noob

Ok so im reading this forum and i see alot of people like to use multiple products at the same time and also i see people talking about the dangers of overdosing. the way i understand it if you use to much of one pheromone you will overdose and get negative effects. so my question comes from the fact that most of these products dont really say what [pheromones](https://a314.com/) are in them, so how do i know if i am going to have to much of a certain pheromone. I have been recomemded a few products but im afraid if the products both contain one of the same pheremones i will end up oding if i try to use a normal dose of them both. How do you deal with this problem? is it that instead of wearing say 4 sprays of ammo if you want to mix it you would do 2 sprays and 2 sprays of the other thing, or can you do 4 sprays of both? does it depend on what the products are? if so im thinking about getting ammo and instant female magic and my brother said he has some npa i can use. will i have a od problem based on combinations of these?

anone is the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) with the greatest od potential. Both ammo and NPA contain it. Better not to mix them until you understand very well what each alone does on you.
