I’m new to this [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/), I’m just curious about where do you guy usually spray to get the most effective diffusion, So far i’ve got Instant Shine, and Ammo to go, I’ve tried neck and chest it worked but it was the range was limited to \< 1 feet, unless if im standing in one spot for \> 1 min then the range increases to 2 feet, im wanting something like 3-4 feet. And Just for taught What do you guys think about spraying on underarms of the shirt, i’ve realize that it tends to generate lots of heat which then can be used for diffusion, what do you guys think? BTW great product, strangers seems to be more talkative then usual and i feel relaxed and once in a while unfocused and careless. 😕… I guess i sprayed too much 🙄 ---

Maybe one spray on the side of each temple. As for Ammo, neck is perfect. Maybe one spray on the backs of the hands or wrists if you want the signal to reach further. I would not recommend spraying your underarms, but that’s just my opinion. ---

Neck, throat, upper chest, wrists and forearms are all good places. Pretty much wherever is open to the air and has a good bloodflow so your body heat can help diffusion. Personally I apply none from the centre - out, whilst socials go the other way, extremities - in. One thing though - Avoid putting anything with none or anything that breaks down to none (eg nols, A1) on your hair. It binds strongly and can be difficult to remove, thus leading to buildup/smelly problems. Similarly, avoid spraying anywhere sweaty eg pits or groin. Again, the sweat and increased bacterial activity can speed the pheros breakdown to something unpleasant. ---

I think that Tish and John S stated that the none stickyness is highly overstated and that simple soap and water remove none from the body ---

Yes, from the body but you need to work a bit harder to get it right out of your hair and yes soap and water is best for that too. A typical shampoo won’t always shift it. 🙂 ---

Actually, I get really good results with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) when I spray it on the insides of my elbows. I tryed spraying it on my neck one day, and the results were nowhere near as good. ---

It’s because it heats up there as it is a pulse point and a moving point of the body. You’re always moving your arms so therefore its going to get hot there the quickest.
