# Quick and easy Androstenone removal

Hey everyone, I know that many of us have been looking for an easy way to get rid of residual Androstenone on our skin, to prevent build up effects and accidental OD’s. I stumbled on a method that works great, is easy and painless, and wanted to share it.

Pick yourself up a bottle of Witches Hazel at any supermarket or pharmacy. After taking a hot shower and while your pores are still open, pour some Witches Hazel on a dry wash cloth and apply to the skin areas where Androstenone was used. All it takes is gently scrubbing the affected area and the residual Androstenone is gone.

No bathing in vinegar, no sandpaper, no pain 🙂

🙂 Another good option: Hot shower with Soap containing tea tree oil or body wash with tea tree oil.  
Also soap with aloe vera or body wash with aloe vera.  
You can try unscented soap which can be found at any pharmacy.

I’ve used androstenone products 4 or 5 times weekly for over 4 years and have never suffered an OD or residual aftereffects. I just take normal showers, once in the morning and once before bed and everything is jimdandy. In fact, women are drawn to be like flies to shit. Sheesh, life is good!

Of course, probably 75% of my mone apps end up on my clothing since I’m covered from head to toe and spraying on the run in my car or office. Even so, no build up problems from my coats or other items I wear many times before washing.

I use nivea exfoliating gel for men… seems to work fine for me..
