# Quick question on dosing

Hey guys,

Sorry to ask a “newbie” question, but I’ve noticed a lot of the guides on this site refer to dosage in mcg. How does that translate into sprays/drops?

The product description in the store will tell you how much mcg of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are in each spray/drop of the product. Also some products (such as TUTH which has 2.5mcg of pheromones per spray) say it right on the bottle.

Well that obviously depends on what concentration you got the bottle in 🙂 If you get something at 15mcg then you get 15mcg per spray.

In some of the newbie guide it tells you how many mcg/sprays you get for most of the mixes …I can’t remember which sticky it is though

mcg starts to kick in when you use advanced products. for the consumer line, it’s safe to work with doses in sprays or drops. for example, 2 sprays of ishine or 1 drop of a314. the only caution is here is if you have a 2x or 4x product. then just say 1 spray of 2x whatever.
