Excellent point. Just look at how many men in this forum use numbers to describe a women. This has been taught by the likes of mystery and serves to only dehumanize. Numbers don’t feel, they don’t think and they are not people. It trains you to devalue a whole gender. To not see women as having feelings but just a place to plant your rod. Do you really wonder why they have to second guess themselves more now a days. They have to wonder if your just playing the game or are you genuine and sometimes its just not worth picking up that phone to find out. Tisha ---

The first time OR the second I don’t get a response, DEPENDING on how I’m feeling, I say, “Hey, this is M&M, I left my boxer shorts under your bed, and I’d appreciate it if you washed they and not let anyone try them on. And please … I like the smell of bounce.” If you’re gonna let her/them get to you, you might as well have fun with it, Playboy Dallas! 😉 ---

Rules for calling… bah The only rule that makes any sense to me is not waiting so long that the girl doesn’t remember who you are. ---

Best way to get them to call you back is make them laugh. Steve is great at this. He always leaves something crazy funny on my voice mail and you cant help but want to call back. It doesnt come across as needy, shows confidence and recaptures the feelings of the prior meeting. I’ve left some crazy insane messages on voice mail which sometimes get an immediate response. For example: “Hey, sorry I didn’t call sooner, just got outta jail. When I left the bar after talking to you some guy followed me down the street. He said you and him used to date and for me to stay away. He tried to hit me and when I swung back a cop was driving by and charged me. Wish you woulda told me about crazy stalker ex’s. Anyway, I had a great time the other night talking to you. Gimme a call.” This one gets a quick return. I don’t have a problem w/ them not answering totally because I won’t ask for their number if I didn’t feel if their wasn’t a good enough connection. The 3 day rule is BS!! I’ve called girls that night to make sure they got home safe. That’s blown up twice though. If they were drunk they seem to take offense to it. 😮 Go figure. If a girl likes you she’ll expect a quick call the next day. ---

But, I think it shows more class to just let it drop and never call again. And, it doesn’t let them know that they got the better of you. It’s just wasted energy and really doesn’t accomplish anything other than to piss them off too. ---

Well Mark it could be worse. If a girl doesn’t call just assume that instead of going out w/ you she went to the zoo, fell in the tiger cage, and died a horrible death. No one is answering cause her phone is buried in a pile of tiger poop!!!😛 it’s harder when they actually do answer the phone and are totally cold. Like, why the hell are you calling me? Sometimes it sounds like their in another’s company and can’t say much…like their BOYFRIEND!!!😮 I usually just give them a business card and leave it up to them…after all it’s me or the tiger cage.🆒 ---

wow, so many things..where to begin? well firstly, i have to defend the ladies on this…if you wanna be better with women you have to understand them. so let me give you my two cents. women live and die by social status. the reason why a girl gives out her phone number is that that is a social nice thing to do. if she doesn’t, then she runs the risk of the guy telling people she’s a total bitch next time they see her. she has no idea who the guy is…if she goes to a party and that guy ends up being the host of the party, then he can just point to her and tell everyone…“hey that’s the girl that wouldn’t give me her phone number everybody” u see how this works? as a woman, she cant afford looking bad no matter what the situation is. does this make sense yet? giving out her phone number and ignoring any calls/texts is the most polite social way to go on this…if you consider all the alternatives. she has nothing to lose by not answering, and in the offchance that she does see the guy, all she has to do is say her phone died and she lost the number…once again nothing bad sticking to her. as far as 1 in 5…dam…i would say that 70% of the #'s i get don’t get responses…and since i only do day approaches, alcohol is never an issue. so yah, it’s just a part of the game. u have to become comfortable with this. sorry man, that’s just how it works…i’m better at deleting numbers off my phone than adding them. ---
