Sorry about this I know that this has been addressed else where but I can’t seem to find it now.😕

I have read that the older you get the less amount of certan pheromones we produce.

So I’m 45 and I’m going to order some stuff.

Instant Shine.  
[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/).  
Instant Honesty.  
Ammo.  
(Have not used the next 3 yet)  
P83.  
Instant Gentelmen.  
And maybe TAA

So what strengths do you think I should get them in?

I suggest always starting with the standard regular concentration until you know for sure your dosage. Its always easier to work up with dose then try to dilute of do half sprays.

However since you 45 you should be fine with 2X with what you listed, even with the AMMO and I suggest for [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) the 12.5 mcg and 25mcg for TAA.

IG should be good in 1X

Yeah I think I remember someone saying they didn’t like that TUTH is always people’s “first” but it was mine and it was the one that “proved it worked” to me. Plus, I mean cmon it’s always handy. 😉
