OK so I know you guys release the MX’s and putatives for research, testing and feedback. I also know you guys commonly get the same comment/complaint “When will Androtics release a new consumer line product based off the testing that’s being done?”

Now the thing I’m wondering is this…I read many user reports and to be honest so many users mix the mx’s with so many socials or attraction based products that I often wonder how the mx or putative molecules effects can be pinpointed when used with so many other products. I mean I can’t really see how the attraction effects of MX blah blah blah and P-yadda yadda yadda can be really evaluated when the report also states that it was used with 3 sprays of Ammo and 2 sprays each of IO and Shine. I’m sure the effects of a highly complex formula like A314 by testing the first test batch with a heavy none product like instant jerk one day and then reformulating it based on those results and trying again the next day with a heavy alpha nol product like io…testing needs to be more consistent, at least imo.

Now my question is, would the testing process be sped up and newer products (or even reformulations of existing product) come easier if the tests were more…consistent and focused on the mx’s as actual experimental products instead of being treated as consumer line products?

Hopefully I don’t get lynched for this but for testing purposes I’d actually suggest that RU status (and the discount that comes with it) be contingent upon at least the first few experiences of use and reports be with the MX or putative products as stand alones. And since I know AD does like having products that work well as combination’s, further tests should be with maybe one consumer line product at a time.
Like a weeks worth of reports on MX### by itself, followed by reports on how it works with A314, or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (but not both…at least not right away)

Not saying that the products shouldn’t be sold, just suggesting that if people want the RU discount, they should be a little better about reporting on the experimental products for their individual effects and treat them a little less like a limited edition special release to be used with whatever random pherobombs they throw together where you have to try to figure out what part of the experience is attributed to what molecule or combination of molecules.
That’s how I figured out that MX301 as a stand alone product was not as well rounded an attractant as Ammo but was a much more intense attractant with younger females. (If the female is under 24 it works better than ammo imo) and that it seems to compliment Rone well…after stand alone tests I used it with A314 and the age of females I was attracting was almost uncomfortably young.

Anyway do with this what you will, I just want to see the company succeed and grow. At the very least maybe make it known to the general users that reports on products when used alone make it easier to determine the effects of that particular product. Thank you.

I am currently trying to test MX388 alone the only thing I’ve added was some normal cologne.. I’ve done 4 tests now gonna do a couple more before I post or re post them all in one thread.

see that sounds like a valid test though since it’s the only mone being used the only factor in the effects that could be effected is diffusion/silage IE how well does the cover scent of choice work as a carrier. The effects aren’t at risk of being confused with 20 different molecules. I’m just thinking from what I learned in HS science classes that using a spray or two of a certain mx and then randomly throwing in several other products makes it hard to isolate the effects. This is true both when used with similar products as well as with buffers.
Using a couple of sprays of a none based MX along with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) makes it hard to identify which is working for attraction. But testing it with multiple sprays of IO and Shine and saying it works great doesn’t tell us if the product is adequately buffered to work as a standalone…unless you have an earlier report indicating that it may have been too none heavy alone.

I agree with you on this. I think it is the duty of the researcher to test any MX by itself using different application points, and different dosage to see how this MX work independently of other mones. Once they have gone length to understand and report their findings, then they should experiment with other mones and putatives.

You said it best in your example of science @ school reference. You must know how Oxygen works as a stand alone before you start adding other elements to it.

I personally plan on following this with my newly acquired [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) and MX301 as well as A314 A/B to find the similarities, differences, and compare them to what’s already in the mainline.

The scientific community would laugh - LOUDLY - at what we the customers call “experiments”. Yes, we are customers and AD is a business. The value of the forums is customer feedback that is closer to a soda taste test (can you identify the pepsi?) and very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very far from a real experiment that a scientist would respect.

That’s odd. I thought this was how it works. John has posted in the past that in order to maintain RU status that we had to test putaves individually before testing them together. This is why there are several of us testing products by themselves for about a week before testing with other products one at a time.

Actually this is how the testing is supposed to be done and many of the experienced users do report this way. Just using just the one MX or Putative without influence of other products.

Its posted in various places in the forum and I recall Jasmin, Steve and John mentioning it more then once.

I think it would be difficult to track but its a good ideal to have reminders around.

Just some ideals the admin can kick around…

Maybe this is a subject Steve can cover in the"An Introduction to Mones; Names, Size, …" thread he wrote.

I dont recall but it may be in the PM you get when you become a RU. If not that can help as well.

The admins can also put it in there signatures.

Granted it’s far from a controlled lab, but to use your pepsi comparison it’d be like people getting an advanced pre release of new pepsi formula, then mixing it with regular pepsi, Dr Pepper and who knows what else in their glass drinking it down and reporting back “hey guys the new formula is great!”

Given the nature of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) as social communication signals, I feel the only way they can be properly tested is in a social environment, e.g., reality. While certain tightly controlled experiments of the sort accepted by the scientific community are possible and have been carried out, I feel they are far removed from any practical application of the molecules or concept. The real world has a great deal of variables. However, the presence of these variables is always there in social interaction; it is a sort of metaconstant that is necessary for pheromones to carry out their intended purpose. These variables allow for the butterfly effect of reciprocations, social signals, emotions, sexual tension, that are present in all social interaction but almost by necessity absent in a laboratory setting. Removing these variables may make the experiment more “scientifically valid,” but it actually makes it less valid to us, who are using the chemicals to effect change in our interactions. I mention a butterfly effect. I feel that the experiments involving pheromones carried out to date–women smelling men’s sweaty shirts; being exposed to androstadienone, probably in a strange, clinical, lab setting–have merit. Several have shown a small affect elicited by pheromones. However, the conclusions drawn from these studies confuse me. When it is concluded that these chemicals do elicit an effect, it seems implicitly stressed that the effect is miniscule, as if that is the extent of their power. But pheromones work over time, they have a multiplier quality to them. With the addition of external factors such as social interaction and environment, I believe they have a much greater role than is revealed in laboratory settings. But given our current levels of technology and experimental methods, we have to make a choice between extremely rigid tests that produce accurate but essentially useless results, and looser guerilla tactics which, while less scientific, give a lot more information about what each molecule or combination can accomplish. Imagine trying to carry out lab tests on A314.

Ma’am? How does this man make you feel? Could you estimate his height? Guess his salary?

While this could produce interesting results (I have a feeling that height and salary would be overestimated) it gives us no information on how to actually use A314. So, I don’t really have a solution to this. I think it’s a topic that could be great for discussion, and perhaps at another time I will start a thread on it, as it has always interested me. For now, does anyone have any particular thoughts on mine?

Perhaps we need a RU forum. I currently report in my journal on a day to day or some times many times per day for any putative or MX that I am testing along with any variables that I can think of. Then I post a compiled report on the Men’s forum with links to my journal for details. Perhaps a seperate forum for posting compiled results would work better. Maybe even a template so that we can test accordingly and post any variables that we may not be thinking of.

Right on brother. The challenge is finding the right BALANCE between a rigid experiment and loose “guerrilla tactics”.

I also just want to state that users reporting in the proper process (incremental dose increases, using one molecule or mix at a time) most **definitely** has research value to both AD and the larger [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) research/community. Perhaps create a new forum section ONLY for reports that strictly adhere to the AD process?

I’ve been quietly just reading as you guys post, curious about your opinions on this topic.

You all have some great ideas, some of which already under consideration so it’s good to know we are all on a great path. As I don’t have to tell you, the economy is rough and your data has become more needed than ever. Your reports are invaluable to us - absolutely priceless.

We sell our products at pricing to promote research and we take a loss on many molecule/MXs. This is because your research and the development of this science are far more important to us than the profits at this point. So I am glad to see reporters that are thankful for this and provide great reports.

In response to the scientific community laughing at us - not necessarily. They do field testing sometimes, but the differences in their process and with ours are obvious. Our method is a lot more like a test kitchen. ([Test Kitchen ?](http://www.TestKitchenLA.com))

Also a huge thanks for Radman to opening dialogue and everybody who continues to support the research.

I’ve found personally that all of this is correct, you don’t want to test a new putative that you don’t have experience with for reporting while wearing other mones as well.

However I’ve found that for a product like A314 that I’ve worn every day for god knows how long, that I can still get good tests with a new product as long as I don’t get too many other things going on. If I’m testing something new I’ll either wear nothing else or just A314 because I’m SO used to it.

I believe finding that balance would be a great topic of discussion at some point. At what point are you allowing too many confounding variables to enter into your testing? I think a forum section like that would be nice. Of course, it would mean more work for AD, as they would have to more strictly look over the threads and posts that go into it to check for relevance and quality, and more work for us, as in posting we would want to strive to include as much detail and clarity as possible. However, I’m fine with that, and I’m sure that in the end the benefits to Androtics would outweigh the costs. Although I love testing, it is sometimes disheartening when the report you wrote on some obscure putative is quickly pushed off the front page by “IS + Ammo + a fifth of jose cuervo = a great nite!!!” and “what mixes work on half german half indian jewish girls?” before ever receiving a reply. I know some of the reports I do aren’t dripping with intrigue and scandal, but I put work into them. At least with a section like that, I would know that my report had its place, quickly and easily located and not buried amongst piles of hastily scribbled accounts of how awesome Ammo is. While those are important as well, the different types of reports serve different purposes and so perhaps belong in different places.

The issue is that molecules can react to each other, so you have no way of knowing if the A314 is affecting it.

I usually do most tests the first week without A314, then add it in near the end. But even when i add it in the end I haven’t found it to make a difference with the one I’m testing usually, but yea they can react together so that is certainly something to keep in mind.

I don’t consider myself a newbie, but by no means claim to be an expert either. So my feedback and input on this subject may seem out of order.

Personally I have noticed a huge trend on the forum of kids who are still in primetime and they want to use mones to get laid. Their hormones is what’s driving them here. While I would do anything to help them achieve their goals, but they don’t seem to grasp that mones are not a magic potion.

On the other hand there are some new users who will actually have an open mind and fully understand what monest are, and use them for self-improvements to either overcome shyness, focus, gaining more respect…etc. And those are the ones who see the better benefits of mones and could be the future wave of testers for AD.

If it was up to me, here is how I would go about getting the proper feedback for the new forumulas for products:

- I agree with having an RU subforum just like the A314 one
- When AD makes a new mix available, I think it should only announce the products to RU subform members first to give them the opportunity to test and report first
- Reporting of these products should not go beyond that sub group into the main forum
- Once AD thinks it has enough solid data or a good foundation from its first wave of users, then it can open up testing for new users who are not considered RU (i.e main forum). But also with another restriction. What you may ask? RU members should not give any feedback or share their results with the non RUs. This would give AD yet another wave of reports to either confirm the findings of the experiences vs non experienced.

Once AD has all this data (span of maybe 3 months), it could actually have an idea of what they have at hand and if its something worth producing or not.
