# Read if ordering from EU - might help you out

Hi Guys!

If you are ordering from a country inside of EU (in my case Denmark) It might be worth checking up on your country’s toll and import rules.

I had to pay a total of +31% of my order’s value before I could get my package.  
This is in NO way the firm’s fault, and something I just didn’t knoew about. It isen’t something thats gonna keep me from ordering here agein, Its just something to take into account when ordering 🙂

My package should be here tomorrow, and Im very excited to begin testing and trying out! ^^

I’ve already put full chapter and verse on this in a thread in Lounge - detailing forms you need to fill out, the form of words the shipper needs to put on the package and the procedure customs will then follow.

But I must say that AD’s DHL to the EU has been the least problematic of any phero seller I’ve yet used - Others using FedEx or USPS get hit nearly every time and whilst it remains a possibility, I have yet to be stung for a charge for anything involving DHL.

Mind you, Denmark’s customs are something else, even in the EU - I suppose I’m lucky I can now laugh at the time I rolled off the boat from Newcastle on a large motorcycle with a load of prescription painkillers in my panniers of the sort that made me decidedly persona non-grata there. It ended-up with them telling me that I could only keep them if I headed straight for the German border with only toilet stops on the way!
